“Brian designed our dream cake for our October Friday the 13th wedding. We went in with some ideas, bits and pieces from multiple photos and what was created blew our minds. Everyone was speechless when it came out. Aside from the delicious taste of the cake itself the details and time that was poured into it is one that we truly appreciate and love. We been to the shop multiple times before the wedding just to grab some goodies because everything is tasty and above the typical/traditional desserts you’d expect. Highly recommended bakery for sure.“

“We a party of 3 adults 2 young children go from brooklyn to long island just to go to PFchang. I will say the ride going i wasn't the happiest person however, We walk in greeted and seated quickly. The waiter young man so pleasant so attentive. He had recommendations,filled with great energy,very helpful and you can tell he's genuinely kind. The food was so good those ribs I cant say enough about them! Lets just say I was eating and dancing in my seat . the customers themselves were beautiful people . “We have loved Young's Farms over the past 40 years- great fresh produce, delicious breads, soups and baked goods and you can always find something unique and special in the home goods. The staff is so attentive and friendly. Last week, add to that list my interaction with Stella, who is fairly new to the Farm. So friendly and sweet. “We loved our dinner. My husband and I are plant based and we were happy there were so many options for us. I had the delicious falafel burger and my husband had the black bean burgers. Our non plant based family had the crispy chicken burger. We shared sweet potato fries, sweet potato tater tots and onion rings. The onion stayed in the coating when you bit in to them. We all enjoyed our meal very much. Our waiter was great and we loved the atmosphere of the restaurant.“

“We decided as Suffolk County residents to take a ride towards Nassau County and wound up in the beautiful town of Bayville. While there we came across Mill Creek Tavern. Getting there a little earlier guaranteed us a spot in a small parking lot but certainly noticed many parking areas on the street would accommodate all. We were greeted by an extraordinary friendly staff that accommodated one of us with impaired hearing by putting us in an area that would have the least amount of noise as this was a Saturday evening. We were fortunate to get two service persons, our first one was Sue who was pleasant friendly and very patient as this was our first visit. Jean then became our server and we couldn't say enough great things about her. Personality experience humorous courteous all rolled up into one. Our drinks were professionally made and the food delicious. We left Mill Creek and agreed in changing our reservation for next week in another Nassau restaurant, and come back to Mill Creek. So thank you all for making our "virgin cruise" to Mill Creek Tavern, a great one.“

“Summary: Not perfect but good for a "treat yo self" kinda day of comfort food and loosening your purse strings. 5* for variety, 2* for pricing/value, 5* for taste, 4* for service etc

As a Celiac with nut allergies it's an incredible relief to have a place where I can feel "safe" in my food choice. Gluten free DOES NOT MEAN healthy or organic, so don't come in here expecting that. In NYC I am absolutely in love with Modern Bread and Bagel and this is the closest thing to that on LI that I've found. It's not as good of quality, the ingredients here seem a bit cheaper (more oil, more corn), so the value for your $ is debatable, but it's a huge blessing just to have variety! I picked up their Thanksgiving menu and almost cried - it's every Thanksgiving food I can never have: the biscuits, pies, croutons, stuffing, gravy.

It's expensive. GF food usually is, and I think Bare Naked is reeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaalllllly stretching it to the upper limit of what consumers consider acceptable. That said, at Modern Bread I think my bagel order is like $20, so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Look, it's worth the price if you're dying to have something you can NEVER have otherwise. Obviously I hate that GF stuff is so expensive in general but that's the world we live in right now.

I also dislike that not all their products have ingredients listed. Many people with a gluten allergy also have other allergies or sensitivities so it puts our minds at ease to have as much information as possible. Their menus are incomplete too - there's tea options not listed anywhere (Stash brand).

The muffin I got tasted great and was a treat. The "cafe" aspect is iffy.... I probably wouldn't come here specifically for the tea/coffee but if you're coming for the food and want a drink, it's fine. There are a lot of teas available, none of them are listed anywhere (why??????) but the counter staff knew them by memory. I don't love that my "chai latte" came as a hot tea and I was directed to put milk in myself at the accessories counter. That's not really "cafe" kinda service.

I got a muffin and a chai latte for about $8, which is all right. Some of the other products are priced way higher.“

“Sorry to have to leave a negative review. Been a customer for many years but the last two experiences were horrible.
First went for the lunch special restaurant wasn’t crowded and sat at bar as usual. Waited over 45 minutes for a hamburger. This was a little bit annoying.
Visited again last night with a friend for the Thursday Steamed Lobster Special. The lobster was brought to the table blacked I questioned why and said it must be broiled because every steamed lobster in my life time is red not black. The waiter took it to the kitchen and said the chef said it was steamed ( I mean really) next up it was supposed to come with roasted potatoes the waiter brought French Fries which he should have advised of the menu change. The blackened lobster was over cooked and not tasty at all. It was a really bad dining experience Obviously the so called chef doesn’t know how to steam a lobster and over cooked it.
Moving on I will no longer be a patron of this establishment“
