Last Saturday we were in Bethpage, I searched for "Halal" in Waze and this place came up about 1.5 miles away, figured we would give it a try for lunch.This food was delicious! One of the most important things to me is properly cooked meat (NOT over cooked or burned). The combo platter consisted of chicken and lamb, which was moist and tender. Onions in the lamb made it even better. Ripe tomato, fresh lettuce and red onion on the salad. A small grouping of seasoned fries added a nice texture to the meal. A trio of sauces were available in the drink fridge (white for me).We each had one of the Almond dessert bars. Neither of us was a fan, maybe it's an acquired taste, lol.I'm a big fan of Halal... A decade ago I would drive into the city just for The Halal Guys!“
