“I ended up at Rustic Root twice this weekend. Once for lunch with my hubby. Great Caesar (we shared), followed up with delicious burgers and fries…best buns ever! I liked the vibe so much that when a friend wanted to meet up for a nice glass of wine, that became our destination. Super friendly bartender Hailey, pointed us to the perfect glass tonight. We paired it with a yummy flatbread to share. Great vibe, great food, great service!“

“The Audrey is such a nice addition to the town of Oyster Bay. Finally , somewhere to go with live music , DJ and Karaoke nights. The food is excellent with a variety to pick from. The bar feels like you are sitting in your own home.
The bartenders serve a nice pour on a glass of wine ? .
Kendra, Giulia and the other bartenders are so knowledgeable on different hard liquor drinks . When I’m undecided ? on what to drink they always come up with something great.
Can’t wait to sing at Karaoke night for Halloween ? 10/32 @ 9 pm!

“As always I give this restaurant 5 stars. Met friends for dinner on Sunday night. The service is exceptional. All of us had something different and we all enjoyed our food. My friend did a price fixed with filet of sole and said it was delicious. The brussel sprouts appetizer was excellent. We also started with fried calamari, though small portion, was good. I had a hamburger which was huge with the onions and musrooms. The burger was cooked to perfection. The other two in our party also finished their food. It was very quiet so we were able to communicate easily with our friends.“

“We actually never went to this location before, but had greatly enjoyed their prior second location in Port Washington. Expectaions were right on point. Food was excellent from appetizer to the main course. Maybe it's weird but I kind of respect even the small things like when a restaraunt offers to chose to serve in house brewed ice tea as opposed to something pre processed. The Brisket from todays specials list was perfect. This restaurant is 45min drive from home and well worth the trip. Thank You, we will be back.“

“Eight of us had a marvelous dinner last night. My wife and I got there early so we sat at the bar and had a drink first while waiting for the others to arrive. The bartender, Alaina (sp?) was beyond lovely and made marvelous cocktails. The food was delicious, the presentation was wonderful and we received excellent service. “I was invited here for a dinner by our Boss who is also an Honourable member of this club. This is place is truly beautiful. Nice water-view! Inside of the place is even more beautiful! Nicely decorated and very Private place! The food was delicious! I’ve tried their fried Calamari and crab cake. One of the best appetizers I’ve ever had! Their Grilled Salmon for the entrées is out of the world! Highly recommended place for dinner! If you know someone who’s the member of this club, try this place out! You won’t regret!“

“I'm fortunate that one of the best Chinese-American restaurants in the 3 Villages area (Amityville, Copiague, and Lindenhurst) is only a block away from my apartment. I have yet to order delivery or take out, simply because I love sitting at the bar with my girlfriend. The food is DELICIOUS, the portions are LARGE, and the staff is always super, super friendly. “We celebrated our anniversary at Bijou in Melville last weekend & it was our first time dining there. I was impressed that they have the kitchen behind a glass wall so that you can see just how clean they keep it! Our waitress was excellent, gave us some great suggestions & was all around a very attentive server. We started with drinks. I had the Lychee Martini & he had a drink called The Beckoning Cat. I LOVED the Martini & he said his drink was good but not his favorite. It was a Sunday night so we each only had 1 drink. Next we had an appetizer. We got the Fried Chicken Bao Buns. I was a little disappointed that it came with 3.... since that made it hard to split between the 2 of us... but I ended up having 2 and he had 1 because he could see how much I enjoyed the first one. They are DELICIOUS - the buns were pillow soft and the chicken was cooked perfectly crunchy, and they also had pickled onion & carrot on them. Next I had the the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice & the Blue Fin Toro roll. The crispy rice has Spicy Tuna, avocado, jalapeno, tobiko, wasabi cream & sweet soy (recommended by our server) which was delicious & just enough to fill me up along with the sushi roll. The Blue Fin Toro Roll has mango, cucumber, tobiko, wasabi mayo, chutoro, scallion, yuzu miso & tempura crunch - MIND BLOWINGLY DELICIOUS!! This was the BEST Sushi Roll I have ever eaten in my entire life!! He had the Marinated Wagyu Skirt Steak, which comes with shisho chimichurri & soy demi glace, and a side of Loaded Roast Potatoes. I forgot to take a picture... whoops! I tasted both & they were also delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly and we both enjoyed the marinade quite a bit. The potatoes were also very good, though nothing to go crazy for. Finally, our waitress asked if we wanted to order desert but we were both too full, so we decided to pass even though there were a few I did want to try. Then she came out with a fresh berry tart with a sparkler as an anniversary surprise!! Well, I had just enough room for that & it was also delicious!! All in all, a great experience and we will be returning in the future, for sure!!“

“My family and I had brunch yesterday and the food was great. The experience great and the atmosphere was inviting. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were delicious. I always enjoy eating at Imperial. Want to mention that we sat outside so did not get a chance yo hear the live entertainment inside. I just would hope that the live entertainment is on the soft side & that they are nit so loud that we can't hear each other at the table. If that is the case, it would be a deal breaker. Piped in music is just as good. Finer dining establishments don't need live music. That is for a bar“

“Made a reservation here for our first night out since our second baby was born. As a parent, a night out is so few and far between when you have a toddler and an infant. We were really looking forward to eating here, knowing the restaurant had just recently open. While my drink was delicious, my husband's was a watered down old fashioned. Next comes the ridiculous part--when I was booking a reservation, I checked out menus thoroughly. On their website, I viewed their menu. Never saw a brunch menu. Our reservation was at 3. We got there 10 minutes early and were seated. Brunch menu still on the table. We ordered drinks and when the waitress came back, I asked when dinner started (now I know 3pm is early for dinner, but we were hoping for apps). She said brunch is served until 5pm. We were at a loss. We ordered the breakfast pizzette to just try something. It came out at least 20 minutes later and it was cold. Eggs were cold. Pizza crust was cold. Barely any prosciutto and what was there was burned. No fondue on our pizza as described, and the arugula smelled awful--it was starting to turn. We couldn't get our check fast enough. Will not be going back. Definitely focus on food before trying to build a social media following with swanky decor.“

“We dined at Snaps as a party of 7(1 child) the manager greeted us as we arrived and was very nice and attentive throughout our meal, our server Michael was great we waited for nothing as he was always by to check on us and was very educated on the menu and with recommendations....the food was amazing from the unbelievable truffle gnocchi appetizer to the array of burgers we shared each item was better than the last. The food here is far superior to anything I've had in RVC but also very approachable for anyone looking to eat out....thank you we will be back!!!!!“

My wife and I were warmly greeted by owner Artie Glad and served by Lisa, one of Pumpernickel's efficient & friendly servers appropriately dressed in their dirndl/lederhosen attire. Once we tasted their delicious fresh baked pumpernickel bread, we could hardly wait to dig in to our meals! We devoured generous servings of sauteed Weinerschnitzel bratkartoffeln with sauteed mushrooms and Sauerbraten with potato dumplings and gravy. We both shared delicious sides of red cabbage and sliced carrots. To top it off, I had a Pilsner glass of Spaten draft Oktoberfest beer ... yummy!? We'll be going back to Pumpernickel's real soon!“
