“we ordered delivery on 12/3 waited three hours to be told the food was delivered elsewhere due to driver error..no big deal. Although this was very frustrating I feel that this has been resolved. After speaking to the manager, she was very professional and extremely apologetic, we were offered a credit to use on our next order with them. Thank you it was a pleasure speaking with you Jodi!“

“Best carrot cake ever!! I’ve had several carrot cakes from Norma’s now and they are a hit every time. Always consistently delicious. So moist and dense. Great cream cheese frosting. Triple layer cake. And the price is great too. Highly recommended!!“
“Old school here, Oval Craft is in one of the former barracks on the base and still has some home-style furnishings. And no, they don't have wifi.
That said, there beer is excellent. My "Oval Lite" was delicious, served cold and a full pint. I sat for an hour or so with the laptop on my hotspot in one of the side rooms where I could still see down to the regulars and tourists at the bar. It was a time well spent.“

“We’ve had pizza from here for years- usually pretty decent. Ordered 2 large pizzas on Sunday for take out and the quality has significantly deteriorated from pizza in the past. Maybe more training for new workers? Maybe they don’t care as much?“

“I ordered the sesame tofu and broccoli. Delicious! They fry it a little too hard but good flavor. I ordered it three times while in town. Way better than the Jade place nearby. My dish was far healthier and had flavor! If I ever am back in town, I will order it again.“

“Always great prime rib done the way I want it every time. (Other roadhouses don’t always get it right). The waitress(Danielle) on 9/21 was excellent , friendly and everything I expected. Will always stop at this Roadhouse when in Plattsburg! Thank you.“
