“I got the amazing Turkey dinner from Kirky's Deli & Pizza Inc. today! It must have weighed 3 pounds! Everything was amazing! The turkey was so moist and tender! The stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy was fabulous!! I can't say enough good things about the Green Beans! Perfectly cooked and so garlicky! And I love a canned cranberry sauce!“
“Picked up sandwiches for lunch - the Mediterranean was fantastic. First of all the sandwich is stuffed to the brim and is easily two portions. Secondly the vegetables were varied and plenty. And the cheese generous to say the least. Also got the roasted vegetables and those were so seasonal and yummy. My friend got the turkey panini and same - super gigantic portion and so tasty. The place is not sit down but a clean efficient deli which I appreciated. Also the service was prompt and the line even though long kept moving quickly. I would highly recommend it.“
“Carol was delightful. I ordered 3 3 foot wedges and they were a crowd pleaser. It was obvious that they were freshly made. Chicken and mozzarella sandwich was still warm! Not a soggy piece of bread to be found! Carol was also open to modifications and suggestions. The food was Ready on time and prices were very competitive. We are going to try dine in breakfast soon! “Ordered delivery this morning and when the delivery driver forgot to bring coffee be immediately insisted he bring one right back. He followed through and delivered a large hot cup of coffee minutes later and couldn’t have been more pleasant during the entire exchange. After a very rough night with two toddlers I was very appreciative of the short but very kind interaction thank you in and out!“
“I enjoy getting my breakfast sandwiches from Uncle Vinny's. It's a nice little Italian deli and they have some of the best rainbow cookies around. They have a specialty (that I can't recall the name of at present) that I really want to try. I'll update my review when I have the chance.Parking: The location is a strip mall, the Apple Valley Plaza. So parking is available. It's just that sometimes you have to park a bit away since there are a few store fronts and eateries there.“
“May family has been enjoying Rossi’s Italian food for the last 30 years. They’ve only gotten better! We always enjoy the food and service, regardless of the location we visit.Just a side note; one reviewer commented on the service, here’s what I’d like to say: there are very few that can produce the volume that Rossi’s does during holiday and daily, especially with their sandwich’s. There aren’t many quality establishments that can pump out 475 orders between noon and 6:00 on a given day. Have a little patience, for those of us that go there all the time, it’s always worth it!!!??“
“I've been going to the Millbrook deli before the new co-owners and they had been so consistent with there food I love it. I always get there hamburger with fries combo and they never mess up my order. The service is great she always greets me with a smile and makes sure I'm doing good. “This was my favorite restaurant in Poughkeepsie, and it's not even a restaurant. The have the most delicious hot sandwiches. My favorite was the Italian chicken cutlet sandwich--such a New York Italian American classic--with broccoli rabe, mozzarella and a perfectly crisp chicken cutlet on a very fresh and delicious kaiser/hard roll. It's a wonderful place for prepared food--the spinach is so garlicky and fresh. Jared is a great cook and makes everything in the store the same day. Sometimes there are delicious baked goods made by Jared's wife in the front, which I always enjoyed. The imported food section has hard to find specialty items like fregola pasta. Everything's done at a very high level--the food is delicious and simple, the store is very clean, and the proprietors, Jared and his mom, are warm, kind and hard-working, and non-intrusive, which is such a relief in the college-adjacent area the store is in. I'm happy to see they're still in business and hope they continue to succeed.“

“Always great food and actually CORRECT ORDERS unlike many other places in town. They use Boars Head deli meats. Excellent for breakfast or lunch. Every day they post daily specials on their Facebook page. Great local place for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend this deli. Between Mobile and Utterly Delicious on 44 on the right heading towards Millbrook. Kind of hidden spot. My roast beef sub today was awesome. It was enough for two people to share. Tons of roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes and onions no charge. Get egg sandwiches multiple times a week. Coffee is good too.“
