“First time here for a private party and i cannot say enough great things about not only the food but the staff also. By far one of the best upcoming restaurants in the Hudson valley. The pizza was so flavorful, fresh with perfect crust n that’s coming from someone whose family owned pizzeria for years. Another must have is the house made penelle which aside from my nonna making it I’ve never had in any restaurant. Last but not least the cannoli were some of the best I’ve had in months. This place is 1000% worth the drive from anywhere in the area. Will be coming back asap“

“I am an eggplant snob! I order it every Italian restaurant I attend. I have only enjoyed it at one other restaurant, Coppollas in Hyde Park until Raymees. The owner said I was going to love it and boy was he right!!!! It was exactly like I love it!! It was wet, lots of sauce and cheese and not loaded with bread crumbs. BUT I was most impressed by the very large portion and side of salad, garlic knots and pasta! I highly recommend you try Raymees! I doubt you will be disappointed!!!! I would give 10 ⭐️“

“This little Italian restaurant was a delightful surprise. We went there because it had favorable reviews. We found out that it is under new ownership as of approximately 9 months ago, late in 2024. Carlos, one of the co-owners, greeted us, cooked our food, and checked to see that everything was all right several times. He is clearly very interested in pleasing his customers.
My husband is Italian and gives the quality of the food and the expertise of its preparation high marks. We ordered two appetizers, Caesar salad and bruschetta. The Caesar salad was delicious and big enough to share. The bruschetta had wonderful flavors, was delightfully presented on a board and the thing I like the best was that the toast was not too hard to bite into.
Finally, for our meals I had a chicken parmesan sandwich which was a reasonably large portion, and my husband had lasagna. We both enjoyed every bit.
The food is prepared while you wait, so it is not fast food at all. He makes everything from scratch.
If you go in in, prepare to relax, enjoy your food and give Carlos greetings from us!
Ps. We are not related and we live in Florida, so we won't be able to go back right away. But we were visiting the area and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.“

live here. They wanted Italian because Kentucky doesn't have good Italian food. Waiter was exceptionally nice had good conversation even with the waiter. Food was excellent as usual“

“Stonehedge has always been a favorite restaurant for our family. Unfortunately due to life circumstances we hadn’t been there for a couple of years. My husband and I decided to end the drought and went to celebrate our anniversary and we are so glad we did. Everything was even better than we remembered it. It started with the delicious and wonderfully fresh dinner rolls that we’ve always loved. The French onion soup was the best I’ve had in ages (I’m a French onion soup snob😂) and the baked stuffed clams were just as my husband remembered them. The dinner salad with the house dressing was cold and fresh, and we highly recommend the double cut pork chop and the jumbo shrimp francaise as dinner entrees. We both left full and more than satisfied - they never disappoint! Thank you to the folks at Stonehedge for the great meal and good service. It felt like we were coming home! “Hyde Park pizza place has very good pizza more often than not. Wings were a hit but now they are overcooked. This past Sunday however I ordered BBQ chicken pizza and when I arrived 30 minutes later, they all didn't know where my pizza was. They asked if I wanted red sauce on my BBQ chicken pizza. And to top it off they had just put it in the oven. I will never get pizza on a sunday from here again. Very unhappy.“
