“A classic pizza shop and deli that never fails to deliver consistent food with friendly staff. The wait time was minimal and the quality of ingredients on point. The perfect balance. The owners are hands-on and it shows. This is my go to spot when passing through the Rhinebeck area.“
“Would definitely eat here again. We had garlic knots and cheese pizza. Garlic knots could have use more garlic, but the pizza was perfect - great sauce, perfectly crispy crust, good cheese. Service was perfect once we got it, but it was unclear if we should sit ourselves or not.Vegetarian options: Pizza, pasta, apps and desserts“
“My boyfriend and I love coming here when we get to come out on Saturdays. The sweetest sweetest waitress, a Greek girl. A girl of my country is our favorite waitresss Collia. I hope i'm spelling it right I don't think I am! She is our favorite and we're so happy every time we get her There is Nothing that I've had tht is bad. The burgers are amazing. The pizza is amazing , the salad Dressing is amazing. I love the zings wings ! From the minute you walk in there, it smells delicious and so cozy you get your own personal booth. We have our favorite. It's usually open but when it's not there's always another “
“My favorite spot in Rhinebeck! The food is consistently great, many menu choices, lovely atmosphere ( I often eat at the cozy bar). The owner & staff do everything to make your experience special. Love Gigi’s!AnnDietary restrictions: Many vegetarian and gluten free selections. Healthy fresh food!Parking: There are at least three parking lots close by plus street parking. Everywhere is free.Kid-friendliness: Lots of menu option children would enjoyWheelchair accessibility: Easy access from sidewalk“
“This restaurant is such a cute date spot or night out! The ambiance and decor is super cute and the food is also really good! We made reservations so we got seated right away. For appetizers, we got the clam chowder which was a special and it was pretty solid. Really generous chunks of clam which was surprising. For entrees, we got the rigatoni and the caprina pizza. The rigatoni is popular here but we honestly loved the pizza way more. It was so unique and different and I highly recommend getting it! The rigatoni was okay, but the peas were undercooked so they were a bit crunchy. I honestly think the rigatoni was our least favorite thing the whole night. The dessert however was sooo good. We got the butterscotch budino and it was so so good. Definitely try it if you're here! Overall, definitely recommend this place for a night out or if you're visiting the area. We were visiting for the weekend and it was definitely the best food we had.“
“This authentic Italian restaurant, nestled in a beautiful area of the Hudson River valley, is a wonderful intimate setting with great reserve Italian wines, bruschetta, burrata, and AMAZING penne alla vodka, tiramisu, cannolis and more made in house fresh every single day. With a family friendly vibe and accommodating staff this place has been a go to spot for my girlfriend and I over the past two years and will be our go to wine Wednesday spot for the foreseeable future! Special thanks to the kitchen and wait staff for an incredible date night“
“Absolutely the best meal I've had in the 3 years that I've moved to New York State. My friend said the same thing for their meal. I'm a vegan and had no problem with meal selections. The portions are big and very fillingYou must make a reservation, and parking outside can be a challenge during the day, but in the evening, we had no problem. This is worth the drive from anywhere.“
“We had a family Christmas gathering there and it was wonderful. The food was fantastic and our waitress Madison was terrific. The regular menu and the Specials were great. The only downside was it was a little too expensive but everything is these days. We love it there and will definitely be back !“
“So I usually only take the time to write positive reviews and it’s the same here. First, I’m from Jersey where Italian food comes easier than cereal, with that being said finding a good spot in this part of the world has been tough although I’ve only tried a few spots in the several times I’ve been up here. This place has great food, drinks, and the service from Kaare (pronounced Corey) was top notch. Also the interior was well done, nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.“
“We ate at Vincenzo’s while in town this weekend. The owner was working during lunch & wS absolutely lovely. Our food was delicious - with the exception of my dad’s soup which he said tasted like it was from a can. Pizza, calzones & subs were all excellent! Does not serve alcohol & is counter service. Dining area was clean & enjoyable.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!“
“It appears that Savonnas has undergone a remarkable turnaround since my last visit. Whether it's a complete 180 or just an off day ten months ago, the culinary experience this time around was nothing short of exceptional. The flavors were simply delightful, a testament to their dedication to excellence. It seems they've found their stride and are now delivering on their promise of delectable dining experiences.“
“Stopped in last minute for Valentine's Day. And we got a great split pizza that wasn't even on the menu. My half was breaded eggplant, and her side was fresh garlic, onion broccoli. For dessert, we had the chocolate mouse cake and fresh canolis! Our server was so sweet and accommodating and helped us make our decision an easy one!We will definitely be back!“
“We went for dinner on a Monday, it was pretty quiet but it was early. Everything was excellent. We got the scallop appetizer, French onion soup, ribeye, and chicken parm. The steak was cooked perfectly, I think the mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had. But most importantly, get the Coquilles St Jacques. My gosh it was so so good. Make sure you get some bread to soak up that sauce. We’ve been meaning to come for ages, and finally made it. We’ll be back. Service was great, both the waiter (JJ) and chef Jordan were friendly and welcoming.“
“Sue’s accommodated our club dinner and although the service was a bit slow, everything came out on point and delicious. I had a fantastic Cobb salad and munched away with superbly grilled chicken and the eggs were unbelievable…didn’t know food could be so excitable especially since they make their own pasta! Everything was so fresh!! ?thanks to everyone for a great night out! Hopefully we will be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free but the salad worked!“
“Broadway is our absolute favorite. We moved farther from them and tried the two pizza joints close to our new digs and they are not at all as delicious as a Broadway pie with onions. We'll commute to them - they are worth it!! P.S We were lucky they delivered to us prior to moving and the drivers were always cool. I miss delivery!“
“I order pizza probably once a week and I’ve been look for a better place that is near by to me then what is available in Kingston. , I’ve been found of Mario’s for a while but because they do not deliver to Kingston I haven’t ordered from here in a while. But I’m now opting to just pick it up because everything else in my area is horrible.Parking: Drive up window is in the parking area, so if you are staying there is a lot of traffic around the vehicle. If you are leaving you need to park where you can get in and out“
“My friend Alex is a regular and he got me out of the house for some lunch and he had me try his own menu item! Pesto Wings! Damn were they delicious!!!! I'm sure I'll be back with Alex again. I love this place. The food is great, the service is great, and the owner is awesome and very down to earth guy who is always approachable!“
“I spotted this hidden gem from the road. It’s tucked behind things and I’d never noticed it. The place is tiny - takeout only I believe - but magical. The ovens are from another world. The mushroom pizza was unique and wonderful. The young women making the pizzas were charming and seem both good and committed to it.Can’t wait to explore further.“
“This review is for the cafe side only, The space is big, bright, and clean. I had the chicken cutlet focaccia sandwich to go and it didn't disappoint. I forgot to get a picture because it looked too good not to devour immediately. Hope to come back soon for a sit down meal and drink.“
“The food was excellent. We went on "Pasta bowl night" The portion size is huge, price was inexpensive and we ate leftovers for 2 days after our visit.Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy to get my son in the building in his chair. It's a little tight inside but we did ok.“
“Ordered online a Classic Pizza with extra sauce and ham.Sooooo good....they are not sparse on the items that top the pizza ...thats for sure. Great pizza....you have a regular customer now and joined the rewards program.Keep up the great work...ty.“
“We have had an early (4:30pm) dinner this past weekend. We have been there several times before but over 15 years ago. No specific reason for the lapse. just never got back. Our past experience was: Food and service 5 stars, Atmosphere: upscale (dressy), Prices: reasonable for the quality and portions. The steak Au Poivre was the best I have ever had. New experience: The atmosphere, is more casual -(almost "rustic"), The host wearing a flannel shirt, and the waitress wearing a down vest. After other guests arrived, I thought it was a bit noisy but then realized there wasn't a person dining under 80 (guessing hearing problems, LOL), I'm 65 and felt like a kid, LOL. No worries, it didn't affect my food! LOL!. Food and service: The calamari was skimpy but cooked perfectly. The French onion soup was VERY VERY good!! The Steak Au Poivre... is STILL the best I have ever had! The fries, well I like the crisp-crisp-crisp, but did not specify.. They came out perfect to my liking. The bourbon list, only Knob Creek and Bullitt, drinkable but it would have been nice to see some eagle rare, Blantins, etc. The "house" wine was yummy too. No dessert, we were very full. SummaryL We would absolutely go back again and not wait 15 years! 5 stars from us. Note; we liked the casual dress... I dont mind wearing a shirt and tie but we did feel more relaxed in casual attire.“
“Even though due to our own personal circumstances we do not get out for dinner; We are familiar with the restaurant and saw the endearing article the local Kingston Freeman had on Reginato's Ristorante. How could one not want to try it if they haven't or keep it as their go to place to relax with a dinner that's been tried and true for all the years this family has stayed in the area. Congrats to the family.“
“This Gem is located on N. Front St. in Kingston NY. Family owned and operated. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Always great specials to choose from whether it’s lunch or dinner. Favorites include grilled vegetables, caesar salad wrap, filet mignon, seared salmon and the chicken sorrentino to name a few. A must go if you’re in the area.“
“Updated to add: Since writing my initial review below, just 24 hours ago, they have changed wing prices to $1/wing, 10 wings maximum, and the special only runs from 5-7. Really bummed about the change. I won't be changing the number of stars here but definitely will be visiting less frequently, as the time change and price jump doesn't work for me --------- If I could recommend one place in the Hudson valley for wings, it's the anchorage. They are SO good! Wing night is on Thursday and they are 75cents/wing with a max of 15 per person. The wings aren't small and lacking in meat like a lot of places and the flavor is incredible. This place is definitely off the beaten path (tucked inside of a boat marina) and parking is a bit small so I recommend carpooling if you can. Super relaxed and casual atmosphere. No frills or unnecessary add-ons. Just good food and a good time. Service can be a little slow, but that may be because we went on wing night. I'd say be prepared to spend a little time there. Definitely not a dine and dash. We didn't partake in the drinks but they have $5 margaritas and they looked delicious. If you love wings, you'll love this place“
“This is our all time favorite place to get pizza. Anywhere. No where else competes if you like fire grilled pizza! We travel all the way from Boston a few times a year and it is a CANT miss. It’s fresh, well made and delicious. The owner is truly a wonderful guy and we have had some amazing conversations. We highly recommend coming here. It is worth ANY length of drive!“
