“We used Gotta Get a Bagel to cater a bris, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! From the very beginning, they were incredibly easy to deal with and completely reliable, which took a ton of stress off our shoulders.
The food was not only plentiful but also delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. They set up everything gorgeously, and the wait staff was attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire event. Our guests kept complimenting the spread. “I have been coming to Bagelville for a while and they never disappoint. Their bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches are so delicious. They know how I like my eggs and not once have they messed up my order. Their burgers are so juicy and their fries are crispy, not burnt or over cooked, just perfect. Their egg salad is fresh and also delicious. Bagels and rolls are also fresh daily. Not once have I ever had any issue with their food. The cook does an amazing job and the guys in the front are so friendly and always have a smile on their face. I wanted to try their new ice latte and the caramel and chocolate ones taste so good. Another thing is that the place is always clean and tidy. They have an excellent menu for breakfast and lunch. You can’t go wrong coming to this place. It’s amazing.“

“I walked in, and there was an older gentleman who was upset, feeling that he was purposely being overlooked. Two of the managers, who I assumed were managers, came out. They tried their best to console him. I could see in their faces that they were even more upset that he felt this way. They genuinely cared, and to me, that means more than any service anybody could provide. That is top-notch service.“

“Love this place, but there are two downsides. One, the beverage cups. The lids never stay open and leak. And two, the man who works the counter whenever I visit (the one who handles the coffees) is very cold. He has been the same ever since I first visited this place 2 years back. I was hoping he would change his demeanor over time so that I would not have to write this, but he still is cold as the first day I met him. He does not make me feel welcomed, has made careless jokes in the past, and never greets me with a smile. I always feel like I am walking on eggshells whenever I ask him for assistance. Aside from that, I do really love the coffee and bagel options, the atmosphere is warm, and the owner is very inviting. It would just be nice to not feel like I am a burden every single time I stop in, and I would visit much more often.

Side note: I am as friendly as can be, so I know that's not the issue here.“
