Many of the employees don't speak English, but we both try really hard and end up at the right place. “We held a private event for about 25 people last weekend in the upstairs space at Two25 and I could not have been more pleased! Leading up to our event, Andrea was very helpful and responsive, and the rest of the staff was just as incredible day-of. They were attentive to us and our guests (adults and children alike), regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and everyone had what they needed. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was fantastic. It was the perfect place for our event, and we'll absolutely be back next time we're in the area!“
“I have really loved going there. The only complain would be the side salad. The Caesar dressing is awful and they have no ranch dressing. The steaks are good, but we are from Kansas City, so there's that. The meatloaf and other meals have been very good and we go on a fairly regular basis.“
“Made a reservation here for restaurant week. Apparently didn't need one. The place has its own parking lot with about a dozen spots. We entered the building which took us into the bar, which was bustling. The dining room was quaint, with some really nice booths and a fireplace that should have been lit. Our server was a good looking young man, pleasant, not overbearing with a sense of humor. We opted to include an additional appetizer of baked clams to our meal, along with the crab cake and winter salad, which I forgot to take photos of. My friend opted for the lamb chops while I had the branzino piccata. Yummy, although the menu never stated that the fish was served over a shrimp risotto. (I'm allergic to shrimp). Only 1 bone in the fish, so I was lucky. Our dessert consisted of tiramisu and rainbow cookie cheesecake. I was "fortunate" to get the last piece although not very cheesecake-y. All in all we had a nice dinner and will maybe return for another meal.“

“Wow! This restaurant/lounge is exactly what Oyster Bay needed. They have an incredible selection of wines, an interesting cocktail menu, and the food is delicious. I came in on a rainy Saturday night and enjoyed the cozy, welcoming vibe. The only thing I will say is that the seating is a bit tough. The couches are low, the high top tables aren't inviting, and there is no foot rail if you sit at the bar. While this is not a deal breaker for me, it might be for some so it is worth the mention.“

Period, end of story. From the burger to the fish to the meat, the food is delicious. Always paired with the perfect wine. I'm a beaujolais guy but their selection is vast. My new favorite dish on the menu is the duck and the puree that comes with it. As an appetizer, I love their soups.“
“I went over to the Garage to celebrate my friends birthday. There are old school arcade games that you and friends can enjoy while ordering drinks. The staff is really friendly and easy going, I definitely recommend visiting if you're in Brooklyn and you're looking for a good time.“
“I drove down to Stamford the other night to go down to workout at lifetime fitness since I have a membership. I from New Jersey so I was delighted to see all of the restaurants and how well the area is kept clean. The parking is easy.The food at the Capital Grill was not bad at all. I had a new england clam chowder and a caesar salad. It wasn't the best thing I've ever had but it was nice to sit at the bar and be the only patron. The service was extremely masterful and I found myself receiving therapy from the bartender.I will absolutely be visiting again the next time I am at the gym!“

My husband had linguini vongole and I had some sort of pasta pocket filled with spinach and ricotta. My husband said his was delicious. My pasta was so light and the filling was excellent. We shared a side of shiitake mushrooms and put that on top of our dishes - perfect. They treated us to tiramisu because we went the day of the snowstorm and they had some left over that wouldn't have been fresh the next day. It was superb. Reasonably priced, especially the pasta dishes. We are already looking forward to going back!“

“My wife and I went out to lunch today in Locust Valley, NY. Last July, the LVI Bistro changed owners. Marcel has owned the restaurant for over 40 years. They had an excellent reputation and their food and serve was always high quality. This was our first visit since the change and we found it was quite good. We sat down in the bar room and was greeted by the new manager, Andrea. He was very nice and gave us their new menus. Everything looked great from the appetizers to the entrees to the desserts. My wife wanted something light, so she ordered a Cesar salad with grilled chicken strips. I ordered a hamburger with fries. Rita, a waitress from the previous owner, chatted with us about the change and was very positive. There is a new chef, who prepares the food and has a quick turnaround. Both our meals were delicious and were served hot. We talked with the manager and he told us they were going to decorate and renovate the formal dining, the upstairs dining area and the bar room area. We were excited that this local restaurant was getting some loving care from the new owners.We enjoyed our lunch time and enjoyed our experience at the LVI Bistro. When we asked for the check, Andrea brought a dish of tiramisu with two spoons. He told us the desserts were all homemade. It was excellent and was a great way to end our meal.This is a new LVI Bistro and they made a great first impression on both of us. If you're in the Locust Valley area please make some time and try the new LVI Bistro. The service, the food and the atmosphere is great for a meal with two or ten people. “The food was amazing! I had the mafaldine Nero which is a seasonal selection and my fiancé had the beef Wellington and both were delicious. The Wellington was cooked perfectly and my pasta with braised octopus was to die for. We also had the creme brûlée which was delicious. The margarita was one of the tastiest margaritas and I’m not a big margarita fan. The old fashioned with hibiscus infused bourbon was unique in it’s taste but I loved it. It gave the bourbon a refreshing taste. Service was excellent!“
“Trying to pick a place for brunch I saw this place and was like this looks perfect! No wifi which is probably a good thing but not good for a child lol, he got over it. Our food was good. Service was good though she brought waffles out instead of pancakes for our boy, not a big deal except for our picky boy lol who was like yucky! Despite the fact he loves waffles at home, as long as they are ego waffles (lemme roll my eyes) they looked amazing here but our 5 year old did not care lol. He loved his pancakes once brought out :) such a cute place and I really wanna come back during the holidays.“

I love the food and the restaurant inside is so nice both in the front and the back. The place was pretty empty so i was very annoyed. They were nice about it and plated everything but we were still eating. Again, great food for vegetarian and meat eaters alike but watch out for the waiters trying to get you out.“

“This is such a great small coffee shop. Truly a gem in White Plains! Small space but cozy with a surprising amount of seating. Decor is modern but I found it also charming. The atmosphere is great and the coffee was wonderful (love the Lavender Latte). A great place to meet up with a friend or sit for some work. I have had several delicious coffees and some cookies/cakes.Parking: Paid street parking (a couple spots out front and more down a side road next to the building). There are some paid parking garages a short walk away.Wheelchair accessibility: You can access the shop from the main door on the sidewalk but seating might need to be adjusted for the visitor. Door is not opened by an electric button.“

“We had a small plates dinner with drinks on a Saturday night. We were initially worried because there were only a few people dining, but it picked up shortly after we were seated. Wines are the star - so many to choose of high quality by the glass. Wish they had more flights on the menu. I think the food was the biggest surprise. It was very good and it does not play second fiddle to the wine. Garlic shrimp had a nice kick; fried calamari was on point; and short rib sliders were tasty. Will definitely return for other plates and the charcuterie boards. One drawback was the service - while super friendly, we felt they let you sit a little too long before taking orders.“
