“So today I went to this Jersey Mikes in Pt Jef to get sandwiches for our flight back to Florida. I had accumulated shore points and decided to use some today except that when check out time came they’re system wasn’t able to use the points because apparently I had a security code ( that I never knew I had) and without me entering the code it wasn’t happening. So after a few attempts Laura the owner/mgr told me they would be on the house ! I offered to pay but she insisted on comping me. I left my phone number so if they figured out the problem I would come back and they could take my points. A little later Danny called me and told me how to fix it on the app and it worked. It removed whatever code there was. I just want to thank
Laura and Danny for going above and beyond to make me happy and I also want to thank Tori and Sam for making 2 great sandwiches!! Turned out to be a great experience !“

“I was so pleased when I learned that Jersey Mikes has gluten free subs. I went to the Selden location as it was near my vet. I was so pleased when my server fastidiously cleaned the counter of bread crumbs and got a clean knife to make my sub. She did a fantastic job! I thoroughly enjoyed my sub and I didn't get sick! “I got the original philly cheesesteak and it was amazingggg exactly how i wanted it to be with the perfect sautee onions the melted cheese sauce meat was cooked perfectly tender and soft and the roll perfectly soft. Ive been trying cheesesteaks from everywhere lately and havnt had luck until today with charlies cheesesteaks sandwich. I never post reviews but i felt i had to because i just enjoyed my lunch so much thank you i will be ordering from you guys a lot
