“I was so excited to find Florie's Finales over 27 years ago and have been a loyal customer. I have used them for so many things, especially their incredibly delicious and beautifully designed cookies. They have been party favors, holiday treats, gift toppers, get-well and thank you and thinking of you gifts. Every time I buy cookies for others, I get some for myself. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful and we have had many nice conversations. Two days ago they went above and beyond. Without getting into too many details, they helped me after an upsetting situation where the post office's error resulted in the cookies I sent to Germany being returned 2 months after they were sent. I bought the cookies. I sent them. Florie's Finales was not involved at all with the shipping aspect of things. But when they heard what happened, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get new *custom made* cookies on their way to Germany as quickly as possible. I didn't think I could love them any more than I did, but this was the "icing on the cookie". I didn't think I could appreciate them more than I did, but somehow, they made that happen. “Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect! We requested a chocolate sponge cake with alternating layers of chocolate and strawberry mousse filling. It was delicious and beautifully presented. We saved some cake for a few days after our wedding to have with family and it was still just as good as the night of! The Rolling Pin was a very easy vendor to book as they made the process of deciding on our cake and ordering our cake very smooth. When we picked up our samples, I also grabbed a blueberry scone for the drive home and it was so good. If they weren't so far from where we live, I'd be going to the bakery regularly for my sweets!“

We got our wedding cake from them and it’s truly the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen, and I’m still getting compliments on how it looked and tasted weeks later. When we were ordering they were very flexible with flavors and gave us plenty of options, they didn’t say no to anything we wanted, everything was possible. “I ordered a two tiered cake for my daughter-in-law’s baby shower. The theme was Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Angela was happy to work on the details of my vision. The beautiful cake was delivered to the venue and our guests raved about how delicious it tasted. I selected a vanilla cake with a fresh strawberry/whipped cream filling. I recently got the chocolate chocolate cup cake...the cake moist (not dry like most places), and the frosting was melt in your mouth. So much better than other bakeries...this is a neighborhood secret !“

I had ordered a cake from this bakery and needed a gluten free item as well on the side . When I called to order they had confirmed that they always have gluten free cookies available, but when I got there this morning, I was told they were out . Also the person who packed the cake, just closed the box with a tiniest pieces of tape, no string etc. even though I had seen her pack another lady boxes with tones of string . Needless to say by the time I got to my place, the box was all open making it difficult to carry. When asked for a bag, I was told the box is not going to fit in any of the bags. There was absolutely zero effort for a good customer service. Never ordering anything from them again.“

“they have an amazing worker in there. Picked up a party tray Friday the 21st she asked if it was for a party. I said no my grandma had just passed away and family was in from out of state/country so i offered to bring pretzels. I said we would have celebrated her 91st birthday today and she said you know everyone on their birthday gets a free pretzel. She said for this particular pretzel why not everyone take a little piece so it’s like she’s there celebrating with you. That worker without knowing how much I’ve been hurting made me smile and feel a little lighter. thank you for making a hard time in someones life just a little better by your words and actions great establishment besides food“

Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. That showed me how much Jeff and Sweetwaters West Main matters for Smithtown!“

“I just want to share with everyone that Auntie Annes in SMITHAVEN MALL catered my party and it was a hit! Everyone loved all the different pretzels flavors they had. I must say my favorite is the Sweet Almond a must try! Sour Cream & Onion another awseome one.. Just a few of my favorites. Mini hot dogs in a pretzel who doesn't love that! Great idea for a party if you want to do something fun and different. More importantly the staff is so nice and helpful. They even let us sample a couple of different flavors..
