Chicken Restaurants near Port Jervis

“I came in one day for some food and got home and there was multiple problems with it. I called and spoke with the 800 number customer service people to get a refund since i couldnt get back to the restaurant that day to do it in person. The next day the manager Kendra called me and she was sooooo amazing. She was super nice and helpful and apologetic and then had me come in and gave me a whole new Supergirl Ultimate meal. Everything was great with the replacement meal, they even gave me my Kryptonian Kooler in the big cup which is my fav drink anywhere rn and i got one of the last two Supergirl figures i needed which is awesome. I just think it is awesome how above and beyond Kendra went to make things right, even finding my cell number and contacting me to offer for me to come in and get a new free meal. I have never seen such care for the business from a manager anywhere how she tracked me down to make things right so that her restaurant doesnt have bad reviews in the local public. That is so cool to me and I think Kendra deserves way more money, she should be given more promotions and raises because she is definitely worth it!!!! This might not be the best KFC i have ever gone to but Kendra is the best manager at any chain restaurant that i have ever been too!!! food 8/10 Kendras service 12/10!!!!!!“

“Better than every Popeyes in Korea and one of the best we've had in the states. The chicken was fresh, the fries were crunchy and soft in the middle, the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were exactly how we wanted them. Would definitely be back if we werent driving though.“
