“Enjoyed a meal before heading to a performance across the street at The Landmark-Jeanne Rimsky Theatre. Parked across the street between Finn McCools and the theater which was ideal. Park once and enjoy NOT having to drive around after dinner looking for another parking spot. I ordered the Finn McCools burger which was delicious! Burger on a gourmet bun with perfectly cook strips of bacon, Irish cheddar, lettuce & tomato, along with a generous side of French fries... for under $20. My husband order the fish which was okay. For $31 he thought the portion of fish was a little small along with the rice and veggies portion. We split a desert which was a very rich brownie topped with ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries and a carmel sauce. So glad we had room in our stomach to split this decadent dessert. The service was and always is excellent at Finn McCools. The manager came round to our table to make sure we were enjoying everything that Finn McCools has to offer. Made us feel valued as customers which is why we have been customers for decades.“
“The prices are super cheap. Bartenders are always friendly they have a jukebox and vending machine and sometimes they cater food. The game nights (connect4, cards, chess, checkers, dominoes and video games) are absolutely fun. Brother Rob always makes sure everyone has a good time!“
“Family dinner for Thanksgiving was outstanding. Set menu complete from appetizer to dessert. Really good choices and food was delicious. Nice ambiance in main dining room. The servers were excellent. Food service pacing was not rushed giving you time to enjoy. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in future.“
“Placed a large take-out order with Flora on 2/25/24. Items were packed neatly and some sides were packed separately, as requested. The standouts are definitely the Shepard's pie and pot roast. The order was ready on arrival, even with the bar being so busy on Sunday. Unfortunately, they no longer serve scones in their breadbasket. I hope they bring these back. Great food and great people.“

“Good place for "bar pizza". Tasty dough and great wood fired flavor. Burger and fries very good also. Menu tries to be a little fancy and should stick more to what makes the place special- burgers- pizza- onion soup - etc. Good atmosphere with comfortable seating and cozy bar feel. “Last Saturday I stopped in with a friend for lunch.It was a very soggy day all around the area. Our server,Tiffany was terrific and polite.The place was very clean and spacious. They have a huge Roof Top on good days.The food was good, my friend the salmon and I had a burger.They have a lot of TV's for the sports.They have a full bar and perfect for crowds.Parking is lot and curbside I was happy to come here.This was my first time at Maggie's in Mt Vernon.I will definitely return.If you are around the area stop by, you will not be disappointed !“
