“The atmosphere is lively and the wait staff was friendly. Our drinks were beautiful to look at and exceeded our expectations. We started with the Parkerhouse rolls and were not disappointed. The Empanadas were also delicious. The Jerk Chicken & steak dinner were perfect. Definitely recommend.”

“Authentic, delicious, Italian cuisine...like a fancy version of Sundays and holidays growing up. Danny's sauce recipe is printed on a flour sack in a frame on the wall (very close to Mom's) so those of us who cook can savor the taste at home. Everything our party of 4 ordered exceeded expectations and was served up by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Veal Danny and eggplant in particular....so, so good. Chocolate cake with pistachio cream and a fine cup of coffee to end the meal....now that's perfection!”

“We were there on June 4th Unbeknownst to us it was the start of Belmont week in Saratoga. The city was mobbed with people great to see. But not great on walk in dining. We were told it would be an hour wait because of all the reservations they had. This was not part of our plan of course. We then spotted an outdoor table in the shade. We grabbed it and the rest is history. We were greeted by Eli our server who by the way is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to craft beer. He managed to recommend beers for all three of us that were delicious. Outstanding job Eli. We shared a spicy little pizza and a charcuterie board and both were awesome. What a great experience from start to finish. great beer and food spells a good time and we will be back for more in the future”

“My wife and I stopped in for an after dinner drink. Excellent list of sparkling wines by the glass and great list of bottles. We had just had dinner so didn’t get the charcuterie but the guests the next table did and it looked terrific. Next time. Great ambiance, music and a knowledgeable host. We will be back next time we’re in Saratoga Springs.”

“Made a last minute reservation sight unseen. Walked in and were seated right away. Server was friendly, pleasant and helpful with recommendations. Food came out fast. I had the salmon burger and my partner had the fish sandwich. Both delish. Atmosphere is perfect, nice, but not stuffy. Reasonable prices. What a lucky find!”

“Food that I could eat was ok, but the staff really needs to have a book readily available that lists all ingredients in each dish.
Even if they don't show it to customers, it's critical that at least the staff have access to this information to be able to alert customers whether or not their allergen is in a particular food item.”

“Awesome place! We ordered pizzas, hummus plate, bruschetta, caesar salad, crème brûlée, ice cream sandwich, cocktails with dinner and after dinner drinks. Everything was delicious and atmosphere was great! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!”

“I have been getting the same omelet every Sunday for the last 6 years, and will continue to do so indefinitely. Ribbon catered my wedding in May '24, and long before then they were practically family. This is the best place in Ballston Spa for more than just king Kev's cooking. Wonderful little place filled with happy people always with a smile on their face and a plate of something spectacular always on the way to a table. and that's not even mentioning why Kevin started the place and all the victims of breast cancer he's helped. 💗 love y'all 5 stars is hardly enough.”

“I’ve been getting my deli meat exclusively here since Covid. They’re great. I can even call in the order in advance and it’s sliced and ready when I get there. Egg sandwiches are also great. We get them a lot when we’re going hiking because they’re big and filling. Recently we tried the chicken cutlet subs and the Buffalo chicken wrap. Holy crap! Out of this world. Each sub literally had 4 chicken cutlets.”

“Was finally able to get a reservation and the reputation is well deserved! The wait staff is fantastic and the owners are very friendly. A big key to great Italian restaurants is how well they do with the basics. The red sauce here is fantastic. Hard to find the right words to describe how wonderful it tastes. They are using the freshest, highest quality ingredients and it shows in their excellent meatballs. The sauces in the lobster pasta and veal pasta blew us away. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next night after a table opened up last minute. If I didn't live three hours away I would be here regularly. Cannot recommend this place enough.”
