“Fun atmosphere, great food and service !!“

“Crew was an outstanding dining experience. We have been to 4 cities in America over a three week period including New York and DC celebrity chef restaurants and hands down this was the best dining experience we have had during our holiday. We sat at the chef’s counter and highly recommend it - the chefs were generous with their time and it really was dinner theatre watching them prepare the incredible food. We do not get this opportunity to get up close and personal so with chefs in our own country (Australia) during a service - 5 stars for sure!“

“We had a fantastic experience at Zeus Brewing while visiting from out of town. Maria, our server, was absolutely AWESOME —she picked the perfect beer flight for me, and everything she suggested was spot on. The Reuben burger was absolutely delicious, and I can't stop thinking about the peach and basil beer—it was such a unique and refreshing flavor. The hostess also gave us great recommendations for things to do while we’re in town. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!“

“Food was excellent. Had the swordfish, the crispy polenta appetizer was so tasty. My girl had the crispy chicken with polenta in brown gravy which was really good. Ordered a side of brussel sprouts which were perfect. And topped it off with coffee and Limon cello tartufo ooh wow! This was all for our 1st anniversary and had a great meal. And not to mention our waiter Rich was very helpful and just made the dining experience that much better. More waiters and waitresses need to be like him. Can't wait to go back for another meal.“

“Spice Catering came highly recommended to us by our venue and friends. We are SO glad we went with them. We had our wedding at Locust Grove Estates. Billy and his team were a well-oiled machine working there. They knew the venue in and out. They also knew what to recommend for us for the venue. The day of the wedding, Spice Catering ensured that we ate and that we always had drinks if we wanted them. They were flexible with us in determining if we keep the ceremony/cocktail hour inside/outside due to the weather forecast. They also had plenty of staff to greet guests as they entered and to serve our guests. Erick, our maître d', helped our day of coordinator set everything up, take everything down, and ensure the timeline was followed smoothly. Erick was amazing to work with and took the time to get to know my husband and I to best support us on our wedding day. “I love Jamaican good. There are a few spots here in Poughkeepsie NY. Sylvia's is one of the best Jamaican restaurants in NY. I ordered oxtails, rice and peas, cabbage today with a beef patty nd cheese on cocoa bread. There cocoa bread and patties are so fresh they never disappoint. There oxtails... fall off the bone literally, always fresh and delicious. There customer service and atmosphere always welcoming, great place to visit if you are in the area.“

You know sometimes after pizza sits out or goes in the fridge, the crust becomes a jawbreaker. Not here it has a nice bit, crispy a little chewy. Really good stuff!“
