“Got the lemon pepper wings and fries and it did not disappoint! Wings were crispy juicy and the lemon pepper was a rub, not a sauce. It was seasoned just right, not too much, not too little. Fries were golden and hit the spot too. The service was quick, everything hot and fresh. Definitely coming back!“

“Came in early a.m., walked in to a bright and energetic atmosphere. Greeted by the cashier I gave my order. 1 Coffee and 6 donuts, not only was the price right; the donuts were phenomenal. I was unsure of what to get but they were patient with me lol I am a bit of a coffee snob and this was one of the best I’ve had. “Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. “The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

The management should do something about this because it is a problem for customers. Overall, service and food was great and served quickly.“

“We ordered through the app along the way a few times and this Dunkin had fresh munchkins every time we go. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our order was late one time and they were very apologetic and compensated us for the wait. We only waited 5 mins, which other places would consider “normal waiting times”. Would always prefer to pick up from this place even if it’s a little further. Kudos to the staff!!“

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. I highly recommend this location and of course Duncan everywhere.“

“I normally don't like Dunkin. However today was a long day. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. I left the airport went to get gas and stopped at the Dunkin right off the Cross Bx Exp. I told the guy I needed the strongest iced coffee they had and he was so nice. He hooked up my coffee. “This place is the best. The customer service from the staff is one of the greatest I had. You go once they will remember what you like. I walked in on my very first day of contract work around the area and was greeted with a smile. As the month’s wore on I had the same level of service consistently. Even more so they remember what I liked and if they saw me on line they would have my order queued up by the time I got to the front. I noticed that with all other customers as well. They do an amazing job with all the customers. On my last day I called in my order and by the time I got there everything was ready. This is truly a great team. Dunkin isn’t a place that’s known for 5 star food or service. But the service here exceeds expectations. Thank you everyone.“

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.

Overall, I’d give this spot a solid 3.9 out of 5. It does the job when you need a caffeine fix or a bite, especially if you’re already nearby. Just don’t count on it for a relaxing sit-down coffee—this is more of a grab-and-go kind of place.“

“I really like this Forest Hills Metropolitan Ave location. I met the owner Imran once and stayed in touch; he seems friendly and down to earth.

It’s what one would expect with D & D espresso but it’s consistent & convenient. As a health conscious vegetarian, I appreciate that they have non dessert and non meat food items such as avocado, toast, hash browns, bagels.

The staff here are welcoming, friendly, hard working and professional.
Jahn is always professional, attentive, friendly and a sincere human being.

They have tables and which was helpful for my 78 year old mom (when she was alive) who was able to get here with her walker. (one floor, No stairs, a designated mobility needs table, but no bathrooms)

This location is small but has few tables, chairs plus stools along a long table along the window

I really appreciate seeing folks of all ages from students, families to seniors in our neighborhood visit.

D & D staff Poly and Andalip are also professional, friendly and welcoming and it's incredible that this Dunkin’ Donuts is open in this blizzard today (Sunday, Jan 25, 2026)!

I just picked up espresso and bagels when other stores are closed. Let’s acknowledge how hard this staff works, staying open and working happily even during storms and many holidays. Remember to tip them!

“I stop at this Tim Hortons every time I’m getting gas at the Mobil station, and it’s always a convenient place to grab something to eat or drink. The staff is friendly and the service is usually quick.

The Chipotle Steak Wrap is a must-try — definitely one of my favorites on the menu! I also like that you can order ahead through the Tim Hortons mobile app, which makes it even more convenient when you’re in a hurry. Parking is available outside.

“I get my coffee and fill up gas at this station daily. Their service is awesome specially Kiran, who knows my order and also remembers me. I went away for three weeks and he said Sir jee, it’s been long time everything okay. I was surprised he asked me how was I doting and everything was okay health wise. I give him 5+ starts, but one small concern I have today. I came here at 6:00 Am in a rush as most people do at fast food joints, the person behind the counter poured half coffee in my cup and pot finished. She left the my cup uncovered and started to make a new pot. Please I request the staff to have coffee pot made prior to customer ordering at the counter. I now have drink coffee half from previous pot and half from just being brewing pot. Wish me luck, I hope I don’t grow a third arm 😂“
