“I always have ICE LATTE CARAMEL WITH ALMOND MILK at dunkin donuts.
Only this store has decent quality of coffee with correct price.

Store manager Michael here trains employees properly and maintain the store and drinks quality the best.
I don't use other dunkin donuts cuz they always make it wrong or charge different price over $8 for Ice latte..

“The coffee was very good, they have very good service and the store was clean overall. I ordered a coffee with the breakfast sand which coupon. I told the worker I was using a coupon and that I also needed the free sandwhich and he agreed. When I got my order I only got my coffee and I was waiting for my sandwhich. He started telling me I never told him I needed the sandwhich when I clearly did. Other than that the experience was wonderful.“

“Coffee is always served fresh and the food is cooked the way I wanted to be cook. The only problem on this store is the homeless people outside who would curse you if you don’t give them tips. The management should do something about this because it is a problem for customers. Overall, service and food was great and served quickly.“

Kamal is the best employee at this location! The most professional and friendly out of the rest. Listens and is very attentive, doesn’t chat over my food/beverage as he’s preparing it, stellar accuracy with my orders, and is ALWAYS in a good mood which is very welcoming. Give this man a raise! He deserves it and has surely earned it.

“A few feet from my hair salon comes in very handy! I always order on the app so I rarely come in contact with the employees but I do enjoy getting free beverages and if I want something extra the employees always make sure to get it right! One thing I didn’t like and was disappointed by was their munchkin glazed donuts. I had gotten them on a Saturday early afternoon & they weren’t fresh at all! Made me wanna just stick with getting my usual breakfast wrap & hash browns! I definitely suggest getting a Strawberry dragon fruit beverage with extra strawberry dragon fruit! At times the ice dilutes the sweetness so extra is usually needed! The location is in a great area and is hardly ever busy which is good for me but I def. suggest using the app so you can just pickup and go!“

“Service is great. Food is great. Drinks are great. I recently ordered a dozen donuts and I got some ugly monstrosities. I provided pictures. Two of my jelly donuts were stabbed multiple times. One of my boston creme donuts has warts. Another has a scar from when it was pierced by an arrow. My chocolate sprinkled donuts are (from top to bottom) in ascending order of the amount of sprinkles on it. Finally, two of my strawberry glazed donuts are of different color hue. Probably one of the donuts was made from a sickly strawberry and the other was made from a strawberry at the prime of its life. The latter is also shaped like Yao Ming compared to the other donuts. I deducted a star because not all my donuts were Yao Ming.“

“A great place & staff that is in place here. It is my usual Dunkin stop, each & every morning. The staff here are friendly & are willing to always ensure the correct orders are served.

My only concern recently has been the fact that the AC has not worked well or at all. With the amount of 90 degree days, this is concerning for the entire community of Dunkin’ visitors. I hope it will be fixed for the sake of both the community as well as the staff themselves.“

“Dunkin’ - Baskin-Robbins’ is a great place to get delicious iced coffee and bites. We got a cold brew with whipped cream, a jelly donut and a doughnut with sprinkles. All delicious! “Hazelnut was not pleasant, tasted like a mixture of hazel and other nuts. The cinimon roll was day old crunchy. First visit here, store was exceptionally clean, rest rooms were closed to the public as per many stores recently; lazy staff or co-co management. Not goid for diabetics.“

“This is one of the most valuable gas station on Grand Central parkway New York close to the LaGuardia airport because when you came from a flight late at night or early in the morning you hungry you tired you need coffee restroom and you need gas with affordable price this is the place to visit I highly recommend this place nice people walking there they always treat you as a king or queen.“

Directions to get there: departures by D near Turkish airlines, walkthrough until you see the elevator where it says food court. The Dunkin is in the food court.

You can also take the escalators from both sides.“

“Small Dunkin/Baskin Robbins with very limited seating. There are only 3 small tables with 2 chairs each so if there are 3 separate people sitting down, you're out of luck. This is especially unfortunate to me because I work nearby and just come here for a quick lunch break. I wish there was some sort of 30-minute time limit for seating which I've seen implemented at other Dunkins since I've noticed people just sitting there long after they're finished eating/drinking which is pretty inconsiderate.“

“This is a location that has fast service and good staff. They serve the neighborhood so that is reflected in their friendliness. Even if they are busy, they do their best and rarely lose their cool. More often than not, when I come in to pick up my drink right after ordering it, it's ready within a minute or two. Food does take longer but you can't hurry up toasting food.“

But this location on Hillside Avenue and 179th Street is super slow at low volume times, and high volume times the line is unnecessarily ridiculously long and unsafe due to crowding. There are times there are 4 people behind the counter, and only one person taking orders, coffee many times has to be made on demand so you have to wait. It's a bit unorganized and slow, this location only.“

“This small corner Duncan Donuts is pretty clean. Not as much tables and chairs for the dine in customers, however, they are reliable and prompt with orders. parking around there is difficult but not impossible. For the most par they seem to have nice variety of fresh donuts for my opinion, and let's not forget about the Basket Robins extension they have.“

“This is a beautiful modern Dunkin inside LGA terminal B after security. The staff is friendly and efficient. The only question I have, and the reason I’m giving 4 stars is where do they get off charging 1$ for an ounce of almond milk?! I understand we’re in an airport but even downtown Manhattan isn’t even that expensive. It’s ridiculous that in 2021 we’re still charging for almond milk...“
