“Small spot, not a lot of seating. The woman at the counter not the most welcoming but nice enough. The coconut flan was absolutely delicious ($5). Not too sweet. Very creamy. My mom is a flan snob since she makes it herself, and she loved it!“

I ordered 6 empanadas. costs about $18.00, fair price for a great lunch. Green sauce & pink sauce are fantastic. I suggest to pay $1.00 more for 4x extra sauces, it is worth it.

“I've been coming here for years and years, and they're always reliable. The empanadas are great to feed a large group of people. They're great when you're coming home from the bar at 2 AM. Seriously, I'm thankful for this place.“

“Upon entering i immediately felt like i was back in DR, the chicken yaroa was so perfectly seasoned, easily the best i’ve had. The picadera had the best chuleta ahumada and their natural cherry juice was very good as well. They’re open late which is very convenient“

“Mama’s Empanadas has been around for so many years now, and honestly, they never miss! Ever since I first discovered them, I’ve stayed loyal to a few favorites — and they’re still the only ones I get:
• Broccoli and cheese (with the corn shell)
• Spinach and cheese (baked)
• Platano with cheese
• And on a good day, the caramel and cheese — it’s a must!
If you’re someone who’s been going there for a while too, let me know your favorite empanadas! I’m curious if I’m missing out on any others.
That being said, I definitely recommend Mama’s — they’re a classic for a reason!“

“The food here was good because i was with a group of people and the staff and the staff bought the ham and cheese, Hawaiian and others. The service was reliable and the atmosphere was busy because people cooking it and meal time.
Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly because kids can come with families to come here.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible because it is on street level.“
