Worst Chipotle in Rochester and it’s not even close please save your $$$. They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times, they’re always out of stuff which makes no sense because it’s never packed. I wouldn’t even go here as a last resort. Queso looked like milk guac wasn’t fresh and I got it around opening time/prime lunch time hours. I don’t like usually rate businesses like this but man this chipotle takes the cake as worst food spot in Rochester.
Frequently getting lunch take out from this location. Many times orders are completed incorrectly
We held off on going here because of all the bad reviews on here and in the Chili Facebook group. It actually wasn't as terrible as people are saying-or we came in on a good day. The drink machine was down but we've had that issue at multiple Chipotles. Otherwise it was clean, smelled new still and was pretty good.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a new location that has received mixed feedback. Some visitors held off due to bad reviews, but found it was not as terrible as people said. The drink machine was down, though that issue has occurred at multiple Chipotles. Otherwise, it was clean, smelled new still, and was pretty good. Service is very slow, as employees do not take priority speaking to customers rather than themselves, and seem to always have just one person making the bowls while others stand around. That being said, the food was nice and fresh. Some reviews claim it closes at 1pm, but it is open till 11pm; one of the 1s on the stickers fell off, so it looks like 1pm instead of 11pm.
On a third visit, the food had been good except this time it was so salty it was crazy. Brown rice was made to mix in because it was hard to eat with all that salt. It is a new location with new employees, and hopefully it will not be as salty going forward. The place was packed with the line out the door on a Thursday evening at 6pm. It is always going to be packed, so be prepared, and there are comments about running out of food.
One order was a beef barachoa bowl with rice, sour cream, salsa, sour cream and cheese. The person serving the food was nice but not very cheerful. The cashier was friendly but included guacamole for 2.95, which was not ordered or received. Chips were out. The negative reviews were correct, and the meal was overcharged, with frontline people seeming so unhappy. Another order was placed on the app and went through the Chipotlane, with zero issues and the order was on time and correct.
