“I recently flew to New York for a family visit and I stopped by Bonefish Grill in Rockville Centre, and I can say I had a great experience. The service was great, my waitress Ashley was outstanding, very knowledgeable to recommend me what to eat, and specially drinks, as it was my first time, I got this delicious dish Seared Scallops with street corn, so tasty, my drink and Old Fashion, very well made, my wife has the Pineapple Glazed Shrimp and she love her drink Coral Reef Punch, the manager Johny was very accommodating with my kids and so approachable with them and made sure my wife and I had a great experience. I’m sure looking forward when I go back to New York to stop by again. Great team!!“

Another favorite of mine is Singapore chow mei fun- a moderately spicy noodle dish with satisfying full flavor, not just heat.“

“My brother moved by this spot like a month ago and I know this place OH SO WELL. ? I’m in Freeport and I haven’t found empanadas as good as Mamma Gina’s. When I tell you the food just hits every time, they’re honestly so consistently great.

“We arrived at 830pm on a Friday night and were seated within 10 minutes! On the right they have a bar with music and it was jammed packed. People looked like they were having a great time as the DJ was playing awesome music. On the left is the sit down for dinner etc. The service was fast and friendly. The food was good and great portions for the price. The margaritas were $12 each and they don’t skimp on the liquor! Overall dinner for two with drink, appetizers and main course was about $85 which is reasonable in my book! I highly recommend the Cajun shrimp as it was seasoned well and came with potatoes and corn.“

The only negative is it's sometimes hard to find parking in that giant lot as it's part of a mall and a movie theater. But, they do have valet.“

The food was exceptionally delicious, exceptionally fresh, and hot. The view and seating area was right on the water, where you could observe beautiful wildlife and bring your boat. It truly is a true gem!

“I came here for fresh seafood and ended up purchasing several prepared food items, since those are easy and looked well made. I tried both seafood and vegetable dishes. All were fresh and tasted delicious. I care about fresh seafood. Prices are not cheap, but with seafood, quality really matters. There also appears to be a sushi restaurant onsite, which I'll have to try next time I'm in town. Roslyn is fortunate to have several local gourmet markets and this counts.“

“I've been a local in long Beach for 15+ years. This spot is conveniently nestled all the way in the east end of long beach. After hurricane Sandy, this spot has changed over time and has accommodated new furniture, palm trees, games, and much more. While I was taking my dog Rio out for a walk, I thought I'd stop by and try their lobster roll. During the wait, the staff offered some water for my dog and was fast/prompt. They offered extremely courteous service and the lobster roll was the best bang for its buck. It's a small spot to grab something quick to eat, but what I strongly admire, is how it the only operating business on the corner of pacific and shore road that dishes out some quick eats. Definitely stop by to support their small business, you won't regret it.“

“I recently ordered a full tray of Kerala style Duck Roast from Kuttanadan Indian Restaurant for a family get-together, and it was an absolute hit! The duck was incredibly tender, with the perfect amount of crispiness on the skin, creating a delightful contrast in texture.

The spices used in the roast were a true testament to authentic Kerala cuisine. Each bite was bursting with flavor, thanks to the perfect blend of spices like coriander, turmeric, and a hint of Black pepper that added just the right amount of heat. The marination was spot on, allowing the flavors to deeply penetrate the meat, making it juicy and flavorful.

Kuttanadan Indian Restaurant truly delivered with this order. The quality and quantity were excellent, making it perfect for sharing with family. The service was also commendable, with the restaurant ensuring that the food was ready for pick-up on time and packed securely. Overall, the Kerala Duck Roast was the star of our gathering.“
