Every time I go with my wife to visit our son who is at Hofstra despite trying to go to different venues to grab a bite before we head back to Jersey. We always end up at black label because the food is so good, the service is great the people are very friendly and the service is quick. If you’re in Hempstead or Westbury and looking for a good burger, good hotdog in a simple atmosphere black label is my first choice.“

I was intreged with the bogo burger deal and ordered from seamless. the burgers were still hot and juicy when they arrived and fries with garlic, rosemary and olive oil were honestly the best fries Ive ever had plus the Brussels sprouts were amazing!! “I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 no question.“

BUT I AM extremely disappointed when you got rid of the 15pc wings meal that comes with two fries. Now it’s 7pc. BRING IT BACK PLEASE ??. ☹️I never spend less than $70 at your establishment. “The Cuban sandwich with 2 sides Is so delicious I Have been craving it for over ten years now since I Moved Out of town And I have never been disappointed by anything That I have ever had there and I was literally a regular customer there for over five years in a row I was just so hungry and I had to make it my daily lunch break Order and it was so good to have a seat at one of the tables and Take my lunch break and enjoy my lunch break with a leisurely seat at a little table. By the soda fridge and then I was done eating lunch and I had cooled off enough to get back to my work and finish for the day and then I went home with my full belly And complete satisfaction with my lunch and what I ate. I have been recommending this As the best BBQ place for miles and now It’s become a very popular destination among the friends and family who have taken my recommendations. “We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). “Went here for a quick date night. The limited time golden goose was so delicious as a drink choice. Bryan was very great server and was attentive on a busy Saturday! “Good BK quality food. Customer service here is very good. Operating hours are less than other nearby fast food operations. Usually fast service for food, even at the drive-thru. Modern dining area has sufficient seating for customers. A lot of parking available.“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

“I like to eat their Hot Dog, 10 count Chicken Bites, Fries, and Sprite it’s very good.
When I 1st came inside I saw Mobile Orders and I didn’t realize they have Mobile Orders. I really love the Chicken Bites here they were so yummy. I really love the fries as well they were crispy and salty as well. This has got to be one of the best Hot Dogs that I ever tasted just like Nathan’s Famous. I’m definitely coming back soon. I like when there’s no crowded of people.“

“Ok so I really do love the Salmon Kale salad! With that being said, $19.02 for this salad is a bit much. I remember when you used to get a small piece of bread (free) with this salad but that stopped a while ago. With Just Salad, Cava and Sweetgreen all looming and offering coupons, why not throw your committed customers a discount code once in a while for overpaying and returning lol? You do have a great product, but it is by far the most indulgent with regards to price point.“
