“Went here at the last minute to buy coffee for a group event.
The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

After a short while, we were on our way to the event with a complete 'coffee bar'.
The young lady did a great job preparing and packaging everything per our request.
She had a positive, winning attitude. We're really glad we relied on this Dunkin' to supply hot beverages for our event!“

“Hazelnut was not pleasant, tasted like a mixture of hazel and other nuts. The cinimon roll was day old crunchy. First visit here, store was exceptionally clean, rest rooms were closed to the public as per many stores recently; lazy staff or co-co management. Not goid for diabetics.“

“An adorable gem with the best mochi-donut I’ve had! The texture is amazing, honestly the first I’ve had to have a true mochi-like chewy consistency, yet perfectly balanced to be light and delicious! The variety of toppings in the rainbow pack were adorable and exciting to discover— you can tell these are individually decorated by hand with love at this family-owned store. The minis were a hit, will definitely come again!“

“Walked by the other day and ordered one of the croffle breakfast sandwiches and it was so delicious! It’s a great combo of sweet and savory and the cheese was a perfect blanket for the eggs and bacon. I also got two mochi donuts (green tea and purple sweet potato) and those were great as well!“

“Their food is okay, but a few hours before close they had already run out of options. Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“These donuts are so tasty ! They are flavorful and light and fluffy. Can’t wait to try more. I tried the strawberry flavored one and it tastes just like a strawberry shortcake ice cream!!! “Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. I highly recommend this location and of course Duncan everywhere.“

“The service was very slow. One employee taking care of a customer that was very slow to decide what type of coffee... This wasn't the customers problem. Meanwhile the line is getting very long and they're only keeping one register open.Definitely don't go to this place if you see the line is longer than two people because for some reason they don't know how to operate two registers at the same time“

“Typical DD fare but with kosher restrictions and substitutions. The staff at this location are always very nice, and the service is quick. Conveniently located right by the Hewlett LIRR station if you want to grab a sandwich, a coffee or a snack while waiting for your train.

“The best bakery in Queens-delightful danishes, wonderful hamantashen, cakes, cookies, breads and pies of all kinds…lovely sweet ladies behind the counter. One small objection: covid crisis ended 2+ years ago-PLEASE stop wrapping the hamantashen and cheese danish in plastic!!! Causes the lovely pastry/crust to lose crispness and freshness which is so essential to its quality!!! NO MORE PLASTIC WRAPS!!!! PLEASE!!!!“

“So the other day I wound up on the wrong A train. I planned on getting off at the Conuit station and cross over to the other side to correct my mistake. As I was walking to go towards the steps, I noticed that there was a new gas station or new to me and it had a Tim Hortons and Pizza Hut. So I decided to go check it out and grab me some Pizza Hut and just call an Uber instead. Which worked out just lovely for me. This location seems to be fairly new and very clean for the most part, the place is very spacious clean and has a variety of things to choose from. I was very impressed with a Service, and that made my selection from the Pizza Hut section. The snacks section was endless as well. I chose a personal pepperoni and a plain as they were two for $8.I also noticed that they make sandwiches as well. Next time I will check out their big shop to see what they offer. This time I was unable to do so because my Uber showed up quicker than I expected.“

“So i wanna say the employee working here everybody is so good but here a tall guy i saw him today (friday) he is so good I didn’t know his name but he every time laugh and smile i never see him behaving rude everytime he calm and sweet .“

“I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“Coffee is always served fresh and the food is cooked the way I wanted to be cook. The only problem on this store is the homeless people outside who would curse you if you don’t give them tips. The management should do something about this because it is a problem for customers. Overall, service and food was great and served quickly.“

“Best Dunkin in Long Island! The guy at the front (I think he is the owner) is very professional and listens to ever specific requests especially when it comes to drinks. This Dunkin is the only Dunkin that has gotten my coffee right the first time and the food here is always fresh! I have a picture that I took of the donut they gave my daughter this around October! Very creative and the kids loved it! I don’t live near greenvale but I always take the drive down to get my morning coffee from here that’s how much I enjoy this Dunkin! “Breakfast was amazing. I ordered the (#2) sage sausage home-fries. My server (cathy) blew my mind away from the conversation to the coffee. Her salmon croquettes were everything she said they would be.The coffee shop still has that relaxing atmosphere that you will expect from a small town diner. I told the worker I was using a coupon and that I also needed the free sandwhich and he agreed. When I got my order I only got my coffee and I was waiting for my sandwhich. He started telling me I never told him I needed the sandwhich when I clearly did. Other than that the experience was wonderful.“
