“Went here at the last minute to buy coffee for a group event.
The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

After a short while, we were on our way to the event with a complete 'coffee bar'.
The young lady did a great job preparing and packaging everything per our request.
She had a positive, winning attitude. We're really glad we relied on this Dunkin' to supply hot beverages for our event!“

“The food was decent and location was regular. The was minir parking around the back but just know it is a one way road and you will need to spin around. Customer service can be better but the food was well prepared. I might visit again if needed.“

Edit: Came here the second time… still the same good ol’ vibes. I ordered more donuts and the owner & cashier were very nice. I wish more people will come here for the warm vibes and not about too much about the price of the donuts. “I found out about this place when going for Banh mi in the same food court. I tried their UBE tres leches ans holy holy was it delicious. How has this place not gone viral yet?? “I got their strawberry and mango croffle delivered and it was delicious! They weren't too sweet and the cream was really light, which paired well with the croffle itself. I loved the strawberry one as there was strawberry jam and the strawberries themselves were really sweet. The mango one was alright as the mangos were a bit bitter. Overall, a cute dessert spot and I would love to try their other menu items!“

“Honestly one of the best places to get challah, desserts and burekas. My dad always brings it for shabbat and its the highlight of our dinner. I have no idea what the name of this chocolatey pound cake was but it's one of the best I've ever eaten. So delicious.“

“Yummmm live about 30 mins away and when they came they were still warm. We got. The Half&Half. Mozzarella & hotdog. All encrusted in the crunchiest little bite size potatoes. We also got two of the original. Yum. And of course we had to have the mochi donuts..flavors we had were Oreo strawberry (2) and a rainbow. 10 out of 10. “The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“Tim Horton sausage egg n cheese on a croissant just took #1st place with its big block of cheese slice. Fried eggs that taste like made in DR. And the croissant is the best croissant I ever had. Sausage is just as delicious or more than other places. Sheesh. That brings down McDonald’s to 2nd place. Dunkin’ Donuts to 3rd place plus everyone else. And I think Tim sells the sandwich cheaper than everyone else but not 100% on this“

“I went here when it was new and didn't find a lot to choose from (maybe they ran out already that time of day). Popped in recently since was in the area and there were a lot more buns/baked items to choose from. Prices are lower than some bakeries. Mochi donuts are $3; buy 2 get 1 free. Steamed buns were ok: tried the pork and veggie; and combo bun - with added quail egg, piece of sausage and shrimp.
Staff is helpful, and amiable.
Have tables/stools so good for a quick bite. No restroom.
Not far from Queens Boulevard so close to buses and Grand Ave/Newtown subway stop.“

“Well, Duncan’s are all over the place but there’s no place like sunrise Highway in Baldwin. Avery is the best employee I’ve ever had!! at Dunkin every day all over the Long Island as a driver and let me tell you they really accommodate and best coffee ever and their drive-through convenience is unmatched anywhere in and out great orders. “I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

Our order was late one time and they were very apologetic and compensated us for the wait. We only waited 5 mins, which other places would consider “normal waiting times”.
