“Walked in Subway in New Paltz the first time, and I held the door open for an older gentleman walking in as well. The young man behind the counter, Carlos, greeted the gentleman by name. Took his order, and acknowledged me.....telling me he'd be with me in a minute. Outstanding customer service at this Subway shop!! And my sandwich was perfect, and I was out the door in a reasonable amount of time. I was back again the next day. I'm not in New Paltz a whole lot, but when I am, lunch will be at Subway. Can't recommend it highly enough.“
