“I cannot say enough good things about Brain Food Palace in Long Island! I recently ordered their fruit and veggie platters for our work lunch, and they were absolutely stunning. The presentation was next-level from the vibrant mix of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots, to the meticulously arranged fruits like strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, oranges, and cantaloupe. They even added a carved pineapple center that made the platter look like a piece of art!

My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. It’s charming inside and the coffee is delicious and less expensive than *$s. They are literally a mom and pop shop and after spending some time there I wanted to post to support and recommend Hard Bean to all the locals.“

After we got off the phone I guess he went to the back just to to double check and realized he had a little extra left and went out of his way to scoop out whatever was left in the back to give to me. “Fantastic deli and smoothie spot! We swung by in the morning, and the buns were straight out of the oven. I chose United Special, my husband got something with lemon pepper chicken and it was sooo good! Every ingredient was fresh and high quality - especially loved the variety of cheeses. And I'm so glad we decided to try the tropical smoothie and watermelon juice. Made with fresh real fruits with no sugar added, they were perfect and tasted just like homemade! And staff was very friendly. Can't wait to go back for more))“

The store is family-friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for all ages. It’s also handicap accessible, which is a big plus. Parking is convenient with both street parking and a lot available.

Overall, I highly recommend Mr Frappe for anyone looking to enjoy some fantastic beverages in a comfortable and accessible environment. I'll definitely be coming back for more! The most recent Frappe that I had should be called “Heaven in a cup” because that’s literally what it tasted like. The chocolate and other items were absolutely delicious. I’ve never had something like it. Wow wow wow.

“I accidentally discovered SoBol while I was walking around, but I’m very glad I did. I got a kids size coconut smoothie bowl (I wasn’t sure if i’d like it) with some nutella, and it was delicious. I also got a spirulina smoothie and it was so good that I’ve visited SoBol twice more to satisfy my cravings! My brother got a Chocolate Cacao smoothie, and he absolutely loved it, he finished it in approximately 5 minutes. He would recommend it for kids or for adults with a sweet tooth!“

“I've been a lot since I've lived here in the past 4 years. I've tried at least half of their menu. It's pretty good honestly. It's a little pricier than other spots in comparison, but so far I've had no complaints with the quality. Also service has been nice and straight forward too. My biggest issue is their hours. They don't always seem to open on time (10am) like they say they will. Their start time seems to be too late already with Planet Fitness right next door. I can't be the only morning workout person who would want a smoothie at least by 8:30-9am. It seems counterintuitive to business. Anyway, that's just a side thought on the way to the point that they are worth going to.“

She is management material to me with the best customer service I've seen so far. One kid asked me why I be coming so late near closing. I found that to be distasteful. (S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. I blinked and it was ready. Definitely a hidden gem here in Larchmont.
