“I had an amazing birthday celebration on Friday 03/13/26. The food is always superb. The music/DJ was rocking. The service was polite and on point. Felicia, the manager was hospitable, beautiful and extremely accommodating to our guest. And she did it all with that pretty smile. We loved the special effects of the bubbles during our birthday song. I pray for continued BLESSINGS over this establishment,and the CEO/owner. “We recently celebrated my husband’s 45th birthday at Palm Island, and saying we had an amazing time would truly be an understatement.
My husband is more of a low-key person, and this celebration was executed perfectly in a way that suited him so well. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
A very special thank you to Victor, the owner, and his incredible team. Victor took the time to listen to every detail of my vision and brought it to life beautifully. Since we live in Connecticut, I wasn’t able to be there in person to set everything up, but Victor handled everything with professionalism and care. He truly took charge, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and every guest had a fantastic time. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were exceptional.
I’m already looking forward to planning my next event at Palm Island. Highly recommend!“

“Came here for a birthday soirée that was in a private room, the room was lovely and cozy and perfect for the event, the appetizers were great, the food was great the service was less then desirable. The cocktail menu was great and the drinks I actually got were divine but the wait for them and the mood of the server was less then desirable especially for a birthday party, she treated us as if we were a hindrance and we were bothering her by asking her for drinks. Usually, when booking a private party, you get the best of the best as your server if this was their best, it definitely was not good enough.“

“Not your typical neighborhood lounge. The food and service is known for excellence. It's the nightlife of entertainment: live bands, NY's Best Dj's, RnB, Reggae and Comedy Shows. I recommend everyone to put Pulse Zero Bar and Cocktail Lounge on their 'to do' list. Very Lovely Place!“

“Will definitely be visiting again!!!! My boyfriend and I ordered curried goat and oxtail and rice and peas and it tasted sooo good. Our server was Ashley and she was really great!!!! The food was so good we ate here and ordered another plate to go each!!! You should definitely come. GREAT music, food and customer service! Love love loooove“

“We had my son’s bar mitzvah at Vienna and it was the most wonderful experience from beginning to end. Matt, Chris, Dina and their entire staff made this feel effortless and when the day came, we were guests at our own party. There are not enough good things I can say- helpful, positive energy, attention to detail, enthusiasm, passionate- all of those characteristics shown through at our party and everyone there felt all of that positive energy.“
