People can be just so impatient and they don’t understand when there’s a lot of people, THERE ARE peak hours in which they can’t move even though the restaurant is falling, if a bunch of people come in and leave a lot of trash in the peak hour, it stays like that because there’s usually a lot of people in the peak hours. People be more reasonable and don’t compare your work at an office with a FAST food restaurant, my god.“

“I been here a couple times, always get arepa llanera, amazing, the meet is so tender and fulfilled, today I ordered the shrimp tempura roll, not the best but we have to agree that this isn’t a sushi place, drinks are cool, I highly recommend this beautiful Latin spot.“

“I have taken a friend who is in his 80s to your establishment a few times. Each time the staff greets him and is very patient as he considers what to order. I've noticed that other staffers stay busy cleaning tables, washing floors and windows during slower periods.

“Found this place today and so glad I did, ordered the Nashty fries which were nashville style chicken over some fries. Great flavor and reasonable price. Chili cheese dog was amazing and just enough heat. Will definitely be going back to try the rest of the items on the menu! Some people in my office said they couldn't find the place with the ping on the Google Maps, if you drive past the Shell and Wells Fargo it'll be at the bend on the left hand side on Glenville Rd. Plenty of parking and staff was super friendly as well!“

“I haven't eaten McDonald's in over 20 years, and I used to love the Big Mac, but I stopped eating beef. I was hungry. Micky Dees was open, so i tried the Chicken Big Mac. It actually wasn't bad at all.. I'm tempted to try it again. I actually wanted to try the spicy nuggets, but they didn't have any.“

“The workers are friendly but ever since the remodeling less people eating inside since you have less seating space. Also self ordering becomes a wait on the pickup side now.

The new redesign is very poorly done, only 1 register now and I haven't seen how it is during lunch hour but I'm not sure if it's trying to force people to use the app or what but the whole left side is just a wall now.

“We stopped as a rest on a long drive. The bathroom was partially out of service, meaning a long wait. It took 10 minutes to get fries even though they were already made, and there were a ton of people behind the counter. It does look like a lot of people put in online orders, but I was surprised at the delays.“

“I understand that orders cannot be placed over the phone; however, I believe the customer service staff should be properly trained on how to communicate with customers. This morning, when I simply asked a question, one of the cooks addressed me in a vulgar and disrespectful manner. I found this behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable. “Brought in my visiting friends from Dubai and this place did not disappoint us. I had the hell burger which so juicy and its spice is just perfect. Also fast and great service. A male employee who appeared to be the manager even lent my friends a private area and let them do their Isha(Islamic evening prayer). Definitely my new favorite burger joint.“

“First time eating here. Appreciate the order kiosk, so that I can make sure my order is entered correctly. Food (burger, fries and shake) were presented to me as ordered and were pretty good tastewise. Entered the premises at about 7:15 on a Friday night, so there was a lot of traffic. They have an outdoor eating area that appeared pleasant, although we stayed inside to track our order and decided to remain in place once it arrived. Wait was long (15-20 minutes) but that's not a surprise considering the time of day. The staff appeared to be going all out to get the orders through, so kudos to them. Will definitely consider returning here if in the area. Restaurant is located in a shopping center, just off of 287, so there is plenty of parking.“

“I just ordered a spicy Italian footlong at 2:45pm. The food and service were both great.

It was raining outside and the woman who made the food was very nice when I explained to her I was waiting inside for the cab. I asked her to write down her name on a piece of paper to do this review, although the paper was ruined due to rain.

“This restaurant is rather small but clean and well maintained. Ordering from the kiosk was easy and user friendly. You are able to customize your order on the kiosk and when done payment is easily done through Apple pay or a credit or debit card.
You don't have to stand at the counter until your number comes up - the food is brought to your table. The tray the food came on however, did not include napkins, straws or ketchup so you have to fetch these yourself.
A common complaint these days and not really due to anything McDonalds does, is that the food is too costly. In fact, if you customize your order, you get nicked for added charges for things that used to be free. Items like extra pickles or lettuce costs you another 25 cents.
One benefit of a special order, however, is that the food is made fresh - the burgers and fries I ordered were excellent.
At least they don't charge you for seating.“

The young woman who works in the afternoons is amazing, super friendly, attentive, and always makes sure customers leave happy. She goes out of her way to provide great service with a smile, and it really adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the deli. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!“
