“We had a wonderful experience with Buddha Asian Bistro & Hibachi for an at-home hibachi service! Our client absolutely loved it, the food was delicious, the chef was professional, engaging, and brought so much fun to the evening. It truly elevated the event and created a memorable experience for everyone!

We will definitely be using them again for future events. Highly recommend if you are looking to add something unique and fun to your next gathering!

“I am a famously fussy eater and vegetarian, so most of the time if my loved ones are getting sushi I either don’t eat at the restaurant or get a small side dish that I can have. At Hajime they had so many options that I could choose from I was very surprised.
I really wanted the fried noodles but it came with chicken and vegetables, but our very friendly waiter said without the chicken was really no problem. I also let him know that I can’t have any spice and he reassured me when I ordered and again when it arrived that there was no spice and he even waited for me to take a mouthful of a food to ensure it was okay for me. I’ve never felt so cared about in a restaurant before and I was so grateful to him for caring about a seemingly fussy girl.

We genuinely had the best time here for my fiancés birthday, and after our entrees they brought us a huge plate of different sorbets with a candle in. We had no idea they were doing this and it was such a thoughtful touch.
I very much got the vibe of a family business that has been around a while, quietly serving the most delicious food. Truly a hidden gem! We have agreed that we will go out of our way to travel the half an hour it takes to get here just for this place. The atmosphere and hospitality is unmatched. Thank you so much!“

“I haven't been to Oko in a couple of years but my daughter wanted to try it and I was so pleased we gave it another try. The ambience and music was a 10! As my daughter said it gives off a NYC vibe inside. The hand rolls were phenomenal. The pieces were all delicious. It is expensive but inventive and delivers. I will be back. I love the front window table and thankfully have always seemed to get it.“

“Visited during Restaurant Week for the sushi-sashimi bento box. It was a great meal, especially for the value! For $20 I got 4 slices of sashimi, 4 sushi, vegetable tempura, and a salad. The veggies were cooked perfectly - soft inside crunchy outside, and the fish was delightfully fresh!

“One of the best Ramen Bars I’ve ever been to. The flavors across the menu are unreal. The Spicy Miso Ramen w/ Pork Belly in particular was one of the best soup broths I’ve ever tasted. “I don’t know about the rest of you all, but this is by far, the best Japanese Cuisine place in the Area. Some of the best items from their menu The Angry Dragon Sushi, The Shrimp tempura, and the Spicy Salmon rolls.

Also try the gyoza and the amazing Kani salad (regular or spicy)

Also the presentation is outstanding, and don’t forget to try their amazing Thai ice Tea which is homemade. 100% recommended. 🫶🏻

“I had a great experience at Hibachi Express! Ordered off uber eats. The food was absolutely delicious — well-seasoned, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous, definitely great value for the price. Everything came out hot and fresh, just how hibachi should be. If you’re craving quality hibachi without the wait, this is the spot. “I am so happy to live right near Kiku because they are a solid, authentic place, which is so hard to find. Their beef and broccoli as well as the lo mein is as good as Chinatown. Some Chinese takeout places I’ve tried in the outer boroughs use really low quality meat and skimp on the good ingredients, but not Kiku! The sushi always tastes fresh and the proportion of stuffing to rice is perfect. There’s a parking lot right outside which is very convenient for pickup.“

“I finally got to try this restaurant after the shut down of Ichiban and I was not disappointed, the chicken teriyaki has a more soy taste to it than sweet which I didn’t mind from Ichiban. The chicken teriyaki was delicious but the only critic I have is, for the extra portions of meat or shrimp plating it better in the tray because the sauce was dripped all over the place. Other than the plating critic, that’s all I have to say, good job and Welcome!

We had a celebration of life here on a Saturday afternoon for a friend who unexpectedly passed away. The restaurant helped us plan appetizers and entrees to serve our group of 20 people across two tables. They accommodated a couple who needed to eat gluten free. They found a comfortable place to sit for a friend who uses a wheelchair. They communicated with us several times in the weeks leading up to the event to make sure all of our needs were met.
