“What is this place doing in Tarrytown?! It's great food with a fun menu and atmosphere. I tried the umami bomb with the uni and the fish was all super fresh and delicious. Table also got gyoza and the dirty avocado - both which were great. Really good service and good music. Plus BYOB which is the best.“
“Sushi Thai is my favorite restaurant in this Westchester area. There's a wide variety, and all are delicious. I especially like the spring rolls, seaweed salad and special rolls. My favorites are the Tiger Roll and Pink Lady Roll. I can't understand why this restaurant is not more popular. Perhaps because the ambience is not cozy -- but that means I can always find a table.“
“We needed a last minute family dinner destination for two kids (4 years old and 9 months old) and I figured a hibachi place would be entertaining, even if the older of my two kids didn't eat (super picky). Nikko had pretty solid reviews, so we trekked down county and tried our luck at a walk-in, figuring for a 5 or 5:30 meal we probably wouldn't need reservations. We were quickly accommodated at a nice, big hibachi table. The waitress was a little cold, but I can imagine in a restaurant like this, speed is of the essence, so she wasn't looking to build a rapport. Appetizers were quickly served after we placed that order. We had the tuna dumplings and the agedashi tofu. I didn't love the tuna dumplings, but they weren't bad. They just weren't what I was expecting. I didn't think the tuna would also be deep fried - I assumed it would be like crispy rice spicy tuna, but in a wonton rather than on crispy rice. Lesson learned. The agedashi tofu was delicious, though. Some of the best I've had, actually. For dinner, I had the vegetable hibachi, my husband had a chicken and shrimp combo, and then we ordered our son a side order of rice and noodles. It took a little while for the chef to come, which I think is because they wanted to fill out the table so he could cook for everyone at once. He was really delightful and made the night so special for my son. We asked for the fried rice to be just rice, but because there were other people at our table, that wasn't the case and they had egg in it, so our son would not touch it. The noodles were plain though, and he did eat those. I thought the vegetables were yummy and the noodles and rice were what you'd expect from hibachi. Overall, it was a great experience and my son loved the fanfare. We were in and out in less than two hours, and I think next time the only thing we'd change is that we'd bring a larger party so that we could get cooking sooner.“
“We love dining at Asagao Sushi. The food is excellent. The fish is fresh, you have a choice of either sushi or ramen, and the presentation of the food makes it hard to dig in cause it is so beautiful. The service is professional and attentive. Prices are very reasonable. Tonight we had a sashimi platter it contained 9 different fish! Each better than the next. And Chef Park and his amazing team shows great hospitality, they greet you on your way in and thank you for visiting them on the way out. You always feel welcome and appreciated.“
“I found this wonderful place because of my co-workers.. I’ve never had Shrimp tempura before and now I am HOOKKEDDDD.. I work in Mount Kisco and I live in Carmel and I drive alllll the way down here just for their sushi .. the atmosphere is so peaceful and inviting and tranquil.. the food is fresh.. the crunch just crunches if you catch my drift.. I’m currently drinking a dirty martini and eating shrimp tempura with extra crunch crust and their signature mango sauce and listen I ordered 2 because I’m taking this home.. if you’re in the area and haven’t come out here yet you’re missing out“
“I would highly recommend anyone looking for a restaurant with delicious food and lively atmosphere. We recently dined at Jugemu that exudes a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The menu offered a delightful array of delicious Japanese dishes, each bursting with authentic flavors. I recommend to try fresh oysters here. It was creamy in texture and had an fresh splash of sea flavor that I can only describe as “yummy.” The sushi rolls, adorned with inventive combinations, marry tradition with innovation, leaving an indelible impression. What truly stood out was the impeccable service – attentive and friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for a delightful Japanese culinary journey!“
“Nice mellow atmosphere, excellent polite service, had a hankering for so I stopped in and had shrimp Ramen. In a miso type broth, very flavorful, plenty of shrimp and surimi type stuff. Egg was just poached in the broth. They gave me a free appetizer of , I think, white fish tempura which was amazing, great sauce on it. Would go back again, probably would not get the ramen, though good, I have had better.“

“Everything was delicious, we ordered Sushi and Hibachi, very nice show although at the time of the show and distributing the food the person who performs the show is a little careless because the food falls on all sides of the table but I suppose it is part of the show. The attention was very good always attentive to our needs. I liked the detail with the presentation of the sushi in addition to the very fresh flavor.“
