It would have been reasonable to say they closing, but without hesitation a hot chocolate was whipped up and they were so sweet about it.The hot chocolate was a perfect balance of nostalgic sweet chocolate with a gourmet touch that made it delicious. I grabbed a brownie at the last minute and was so glad i did. The brownie was fresh, soft on the inside, and moist. Would absolutely order this again and I am excited to try their other baked items.It was just a hot chocolate and brownie, but it warmed me up on a chilly night and their kindness made my night. “We tried Sundaes for the first time tonight and we were so impressed with how creamy and delicious the soft ice cream was! They also have a machine that makes homemade whipped cream on demand. We will certainly be back. The candy store in the back was also a nice little bonus.“

“Very good ice cream. Many flavors to choose from. But they do run out and the flavors do change. But they still have many flavors, so always many choices. Could be faster taking and fulfilling orders. Line, at times, could get long and takes a while to get to the window to order. They could use more help. Still, worth going.“

“Fantastic customer service, fantastic food, shout out and much love to Hellen, Gio, Jojo and the rest of the Smokey Buns crew. As one of their earliest customers with their soft opening, the quality of their smash burgers is phenomenal, and the expansion of their menu has been phenomenal with their daily favorites, their amazing crispy chicken sandwich, and their newest lamb sandwich that has their incredible lamb sauce, and more! The quality of their fries has remained consistently good though at first it was mildly inconsistent until around mid-late August, however given enough time they cracked down the right consistency. They keep improving through receiving feedback as well with observations and whatnot. In addition to their ice cream side that has a variety of great flavors (cookies and cream, fudge brownie, and strawberry to name a few) and toppings, in addition to soft serve and delicious milkshakes. Overall they are so so so delicious and will keep on improving, I highly recommend.

“Happy 90th Birthday Carvel! I can't imagine living in this world without Carvel ice cream. While I have reduced the size of my cup, over the last few years my own cups and then some, runneth over. I look the other way once a month in the summertime to indulge myself and enjoy every spoonful. As a kid, nothing compared to this decadent ice cream. The soft serve was King! Now, I cheat and do enjoy their frozen yogurt products from time to time, but the rich, creamy flavor is not to be duplicated, anywhere. Carvel is fortunately located on Jobs Lane in the Village of Southampton. I imagine they sell the most Fudgie the Whale birthday cakes! Stop in, stroll the Lane and sit by Agawam Lake and enjoy life. It just doesn't taste any better than Carvel.“

The menu selection by far is overwhelming, simply because of the enormous amount of flavors in water ice, creme ice, ice cream, soft serve, sundaes and smoothies. and you can’t even imagine the amount of fresh toppings that they have. My only complaint really was. .....the bags fir the candy weren't really accessible...I walked around for 10 mins looking....so I had to settle for the" priced fixed candy box" which was 20.00.
