“This charming roadside take out and restaurant goes way beyond expectations. The dining rooms are proper and attractive. The atmosphere is more European bistro/cafe/trattoria than NY Deli. “Maroni's is such a gem in the middle of Southold. The Sushi Tuesdays are INCREDIBLE and the truffle grilled cheese is to absolutely DIE for. Kristen & Amber are 2 of the best on the North Fork and if you've not had their meatball pot yet I IMPLORE you to do so. And this is coming from someone who doesnt eat meatballs outside her Nonna's kitchen.

I can not express this enough but make reservations and enjoy the fact that the place deals in cash/check/zelle only and that the prices on the menu reflect tax & tip so you can know exactly what you're spending in advance.“

“We visited on Saturday evening during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. From the moment we entered through the front door, we were welcomed by big smiles, big smells of delicious food, and what felt like a warm hug from a good friend. Classic and palette awakening cocktails. Try the brandade fritters and the best Caesar salad I have ever enjoyed. Sea bass was fresh out of the waters that surround the east end. The burger and the roasted chicken. For sides we ordered the onion gratin, romanesco and French fries. Surprise banana split for dessert. Delicious! See you again soon. Happy Holidays!“

“When I arrived the restaurant was empty since it was 5pm, I asked not to be seated next to the front door because of the outside chill. I was told that was not possible because the manager was not there at the time and all the other tables were spoken for! We were disappointed with the mistake in serving us our appetizer. We were given an incorrect appetizer but accepted it because we were hungry! My raclette plate was not as good as I would have in other Swiss restaurants. CW“

“Restaurant was packed as is usual at this time of the year.However the food,and service was not compromised. Fried artichokes were excellent,as was the arugula pizza,and egg plant pizza as well!
However for me as a gluten free Celiac customer, i needed gluten free pasta.Well they not only had it but it was the best I had ever had!!! It was the shrimp fra diavalo over ziti.Perfect heat to a firm pasta cooked perfectly in a separate pot as not to cross contaminate,now that's customer service !

Super casual spot and more grab and go and not really a place to sit and eat. Good place to go if everyone is craving something different and pretty affordable overall.“

The first day I was craving lentils and they had lentil soup available. I had that with a side of sausages. I also had the fried chicken and vegetables from the hot food bar and then the fried rice. I liked it all. Apparently their pizza is pretty good as well.“
