“The server at dunking Donut was so nice that he was about to close the store and after our purchase of 18 donuts, he lifted us 12 more for free of our choice. He just thought not to waste them rather share off his pocket. Super nice thought and we shared further with people in need. Loved the gesture and must recommend this location 👏🏼“

“I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either—just average. I expected a little better, especially given Tim Hortons reputation.“

“I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. Every time im here inside or out, the service is always friendly and efficient. Big lines short waits, filled flavorful cups of Joe and breakfast food that keeps me favoring this coffee place on the island.
Some adjustments would be beneficial. 1) the bits are bigger and less expensive than Tim Hortins; just not as fresh.
2) if i get a flavored coffee, id like to taste a good mix.
Aside from this; i give the Grand Island Dunkin Donuts a 5 rating. Im never disappointed.
I am a fan and a customer as long as im a resident here. I also recommend them over other places.“

“All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!!
Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!“
