“Went there on a Friday night. It took a little while for us to be seated. But once we got seated, our waiter was very attentive and courteous. The food was great and so were the drinks. We had lobster spaghetti and shrimp & crab ravioli. For the drink, i had the gold digger cocktail. It's a lychee martini, ifykyk. The DJ was a vibe. They played afrobeat, R&B/hip-hop, reggae, and Spanish music. It's very loud in there, not a place for convo, but more for turning up. Definitely will be coming back.“

“My girlfriends and I was just at Moderne Barn last night. It was my first time eating here. I have to say the overall environment was very friendly, welcoming, beautiful. By the way I love the chandeliers. We sat upstairs - very nice area. Plenty of people eating here. The food and drinks I may add is very delicious. I had salmon and white wine and sangria. Have to say no complaints. The staff very very nice and friendly. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Moderne Barn for a lovely ladies night out!“

“This is a wonderful restaurant that has gotten even better over the years. Food has consistently been fabulous, and the service could not be better. Amiable staff, beautiful location, and now we have the bonus of a new parking lot. I travel from New Jersey to meet Westchester family and friends a couple of times a year. Never disappointed. Maybe a little pricey, but isn't everywhere these days, and I never regret the expense.“

Edward at the front counter kept me entertained with good conversation as my food was prepared and once I got home I was satisfied not only with the portion of my meal but the flavors and the freshness of everything - SO GOOD. Also, one of the best (most diverse, interesting) rotating domestic crafr tap lists in the county. They're always playing great rock, blues & funk.“

Espresso martini was rich and yummy, the Turkish latte was also good, and huevos rancheros with steak was delicious. We will return. Ariel at the bar was super helpful.“

“This is a great restaurant with a very chill atmosphere. The food is really good and they have a different variety of things for you to try. If you love beer have over a hundred different beers on tap and at least 20 something beers off tap.“

“Update: Unfortunately I have to deduct a star because I ordered the cilantro marinated chicken breast with angel hair and the chicken was hard and dry and the pasta was mushy and completely bland and unseasoned.

My first time ordering from here and the food was really good. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was so good that I ordered dinner from there that same night. Both arrived hot and fresh. The only thing is that I thought the chicken sandwich came with salad (as pictured) but it came with fries. Either way everything was really good. They also have one of the best chai lattes I’ve tried in the city.“

“This restaurant is almost a secret. It has a very unassuming facade. Inside it feels like a posh Manhattan eatery in the middle of White Plains. The food is delicious with an elegant presentation. I love that it looks at the fountain on Main Street. So peaceful. Service is also top notch.“

“Wanted to give a shout out to the restaurant, Freddy’s, in Pleasantville. Went with a couple of girlfriends a few weeks ago and then again with my hubby last week. Both meals were delicious. The appetizers are yummy! Most of all, though, I wanted to remark on the atmosphere. The people in charge are just delightful. Had a chance to meet the owner. He told me he named the restaurant after his grandfather ( forgive, it might have been his father). Either way I thought it was nice. He has a young family and loves what he does. They have been open for two years, but I just found them now. If you haven’t checked them out, you should soon!“

“Sweetest cafe in Irvington, New York. Clean space, service is smooth and quick, food is fresh, and they have an array of pastry options. We tried the honey turkey sandwich, tiramisu, and cappuccino- everything was just right and the portions perfect. You’ll feel at home inside; ideal for breakfast, brunch or for study. “We were able to snag a table for two at the last minute with the help of a very accommodating hostess. We spent 10 minutes waiting at the bar, where the bartender was quick, efficient and friendly. Our table was a cozy (not cramped) corner booth for two and the seating was very comfy. Laraine was our sever and she was great. Attentive without intruding. Quick without being frantic. Excellent excellent service. The food was delicious and served hot. There is nothing that we would change about our visit except we should have tried this restaurant sooner!“
