“I love The Basin Grill. The food is so good. However, my last experience there was absolutely awful. Saturday July 19 it’s my birthday and my husband made a reservation Friday for Saturday for 5 pm for 6 people. We show up and are told there’s no room outside and we’d have to wait. My husband said “even with a reservation” with an attitude the young hostess said “ yeah we don’t have room” A guy managed to put a couple tables together for us, said that’s for us so we were sat within 10 minutes. After that 10 minutes, in direct sun light we had to wait about 20 minutes before we even got to place a drink order. Another 15 minutes goes by, they brought my husband’s beer and took our appetizer order. Still no other drinks. Appetizers start to come out. We ordered Brussels, medium wings and street corn. Brussels great. Wings! Another waitress came over and said it wasn’t our wings. My mom already touched them but she definitely doesn’t want hot so we send them back…waitress came back- still no drinks and says there is nothing they can do about the wings. I spoke up and said- they didn’t make them wrong-you grabbed someone’s else’s order- finally get drinks. My mom’s drink had dead ants floating ( we realize it’s outside, but still gross) have the waitress get a new one and finally the correct wings and street corn. - we decided not to order meals and leave. $100 later, and a 20% tip still because we can’t not tip…I was so excited to share this place with my mom, aunt and a couple friends and let’s just say it didn’t excite them. We will try again in the future but this experience was awful.“

“Speaking for the Ft. Crailo DAR ladies, I’d highly recommend a meal here. We reserved our spot for 11 people well in advance to have a place to eat after a tour of the Schuyler House. Katie served great food with a smile and friendly banter. It is definitely a bistro worth a repeat visit.“

“Outdoor seating came with multiple hummingbirds and a beautiful blue bird visiting as we ate our amazing food. Finished up our meal with the best dessert Blueberry chimichanga so amazing 🥰“

“wallie's has good food and most of the time good service. If you get anything to go though make sure it is what you ordered. I made that mistake and got something I didn't like verses the delicious thing I ordered. puts a damper on the overall meal. plus to pay for something you didn't order and only get a sorry instead of lets make this right is disappointing.“

“This has the best food in Greenwich NY. DRINKS, FOOD, HOME TOWN FEELING. THEIR WINGS ARE THE BEST get extra crispy jack Daniel's sauce. Burgers and delicious sandwiches. hey and if you leave go around the circle and come back. Very fast, consistent, food in a wonderful hometown settings. This is my favorite place to enjoy quality, yummy food with the friends and family. Trust me its worth the go.“
