“This was a through the app order. I ordered a chicken breast ft long sub and it was made perfectly per my choice of options. Through the app, I was able to select everything that I would as if I were standing in the restaurant ordering from the menu. The best part was that I never had to step foot in the shop... not evem to pick up the sub.I selected the option for curbside pickup. All I need to do is order my sub, then chose the time I wanted to be there for pickup. When I arrived, still through the app, I pressed the "I'm here" button. Then, I put in the style and color of my car and waited. Very shortly, a Subway employee walked out and brought my sandwich right to my car window. I didn't get her name, but she was polite. The whole experience was terrific. This Subway serves fast, convenient made-to-order subs brought right to your vehicle. Great job Glenville Subway!“

“Amazing! Simply amazing.Where do I start.Food is reasonably priced.3 eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, home fries, coffee..... just 11 bucks. They also have smaller meals for 5-8 bucks. In today's world, that's cheaper than the cheapest breakfast and much much better.The home fries: crisp, with a slight crunch, warm but not piping hot, perfect. I usually use ketchup, I didn't because it would've ruined them. They tasted so good.Eggs: Perfect. I asked for over medium. Which is kinda specific. Not only did she cook them right, but she nailed them so perfectly that it reminded me of my mother and grandmother's cooking. Perfectly done eggs at the perfect temperature.Bacon : Again nailed it, crisp but not hard. I don't know how she does it!Sausage: slightly salty, but this was perfect because as I stacked it with the unsalted home fries, it was incredible.Coffee : Fresh, my God, was it fresh. Slightly sweetened, almost like the sugar was a support to the coffee, but it didn't overtake the coffee. The coffee was the main event. Again, perfect temperature.All through the whole ordeal, she was attentive, polite, and just pleasant to be around. There's no substitute for someone who really cares when they run a business“

“Food is ALWAYS beyond what is expected the rolls are fresh and the meat never seems as if it was cut and left out waiting to be used. The staff is very nice and helpful they never are pushy or try to make you feel as if you are wasting their time. This is my go to place when I am hungry and the food at work just isnt what I want despite it being free there!!!“
“Your staff needs to learn to say thank you when a customer leaves a tip instead of standing there and not saying anything, this is a common occurrence in most of your shops, particularly with your point of sale tip ability, train your staff to look for the tip and when they get it to make sure they say thank you, this is one of the reasons why I don't normally tip at these type of places.“

“Great place! This is way better than subway and some other sub places near by are not as good as this. The subs were fresh, giant and the service was really great and it was super quick! I strongly suggest the Spicy east coast Italian sub. Great flavors and what I suggest is that you get the extra olive oil dressing, extra onions and extra pickles. The Thai Chicken wrap is also really good if you don't like cold-cuts. The ambiance is really nice with kind of a luxury restaurant fast food fusion inside. All in all, I would 100% recommend this place if you are a sub lover.“

“I picked up 3 subs earlier for myself and a contractor and his helper doing some work at my home. As always, they were made with the same care and quality I've always received at this location. The quality of the food is complemented by the friendly and sincere customer service. Nice job!“

“Really good experience from this Mr. Subb. The customer service from the laddies that helped me was good! They were friendly and asked questions about my order. The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops. Soda was good, and the machine looked cleaned. The only issue I had during this visit was the cleanliness of the ceilings, specifically over the food area. Guys this needs to be fixed asap you have dust and debris hanging from the vents and panels. A food safety inspection would mark this as a critical. It would only take 30 mins to correct this. GM if you are reading this please make this correction. It would be nice to see improvements next time I return. Thank you staff! I enjoyed my lunch.“

“Excellent subs and incredibly clean kitchen, all served by a friendly staff. It's easy to drive by this location, but if you're hungry and want a really well-made sub with fresh ingredients at a reasonable price, stop by!I highly recommend the tuna salad sub.“

“Website says they close at 9pm Mon- Sat, at 7:15 I tried calling 3 times to place an order for pick up but no one answered the phone. I get to the store at 745pm and i’m told they’re closing and cannot make sandwiches. this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. love the place but sucks when this happens. website needs to update the hours of operation! and i’d be nice if someone answered the phone even just to say “hey, we’re closing soon and aren’t taking orders anymore” rather than me wasting gas :(“

“first time visiting. the food was outstanding. Had the Vermont turkey sandwich and the Rachel. Debby the cashier was great. So helpful and patience with us. she made us feel so welcome. we will be back. Not just because of the great food. But also because of Debby.“

“I could not find an owners name or contact information for this particular Subway, however I must say that the young women who work and run that small subway need to be protected at all costs. They are the sweetest, most kind young women I’ve encountered in this tough job in a very long time. When I had my bistro I prayed for these young people. To the owner, give these four young women a raise, do not lose them and treat them right. They keep your place clean, the service is exceptional and they have true customer service. I’ve even witnessed their empathy and humanity toward a limited member of our community, they show him kindness and respect, they give him a place to rest and be treated humanely and with friendship. I’m not a huge fan of faster type foods, but I will always patronize this shop and primarily for the young women who run the shop.“
