“Great experience! The owners and volunteers are very attentive to the cats and they have tons of space; receive lots of love. We loved getting to see the different personalities of the cats, and we attended one of their event nights (Movie night, Star Wars)! The atmosphere was super relaxed and enjoyable. Will definitely visit again. Also note that this is definitely a safe space, and LGBTQIA+ friendly!“

“Favorite Shakes! So delicious! I’m obsessed! One of the only protein shakes that tastes amazing and that doesn’t upset my stomach. There isn’t a flavor I don’t like and won’t get bored of because they come up with new flavors to try too to really mix it up. I am a Gastric Bypass patient so I have strict dietary guidelines to follow and I can have pretty much everything there. it’s a guiltless treat I can enjoy. I get the sweet taste of a dessert but with much better nutrition. So worth it! Love the staff and environment! So helpful to make sure I’m within my dietary needs. Only thing is I wish there was a location closer to me so I could get one daily. But I’m thankful I can also get some mixes to bring and make at home.Dietary restrictions: If there is an allergy, or if you need to follow specific nutrition guidelines they can help offer the best option that fit or add extra nutrients like fiber to it. I don’t know all the specifics but I know The shakes are made with plant based ingredients filled with vitamins and minerals, low in sugar, Low-glycemic, but also no artificial flavors or sweeteners, gluten free, vegetarian, kosher Non-GM. There are nut free options. Just very good all around for nutrition and health.“

“Founders Café is a Rochester treasure. AMAZING food - everything on the menu is great, even if I tend to get the same thing most visits because I love their salads so much. “Today I visited SoBol with a couple friends for the first time! We came at around noon, but luckily we were able to grab seating since it appeared as though many people got their bowls to go. Their service was very quick and the atmosphere was very chill. Their menu shows a couple of different options for bowl flavors to choose from, but me and my friends ordered the classic açaí. I added the cookie butter to my bowl and I highly recommend doing so, it was so delicious!! After we chatted and ate our bowls, we went over to the chalkboard to doodle, which was really fun! Overall, if you want to try an açaí bowl (which you should) or you have a craving and want to visit somewhere local, I recommend you give this place a try!“

“We held an event and wanted a caterer to help us develop a “brain-healthy” menu. Chef Norman Brown created a delicious lunch of salmon patties and spinach salad (among other things) for our group at a reasonable price. We appreciated all the thought and effort that went into the menu. Our guests raved about the food. We’ve been back for lunches since then. Delish!“

“Wonderful, cozy little diner. The name fits it perfectly. We ordered just eggs and homemade toast. But the homemade toast was delicious. Especially the raspberry bread. Loaded with raspberry jam. The waitress was a bit snarky and not that friendly. Maybe she just had an off day. Hopefully next time , that won't be the case. I still would highly recommend this diner for it's delicious food and cozy atmosphere!!“

“Since the start of Covid19 we've been looking for ways to support local businesses. Found Sapori and figured we'd give it a shot. While our intention was to find a new place weekly...we've been guilty of repeatedly coming back here. We've ordered the meatball sandwich at least 5 times. We split it and get something new each time to split as well. Every time the food is fresh, delicious, and the customer service is incredible. Buy from this business. It's very cute and eclectic inside. You'll feel like your in a little coffee shop in NYC! Staff are nice and fellow patrons are super friendly. They have desserts and yummy sandwiches too- if coffee is not your thing. But trust me- one cafe here and you'll be hooked!!! Enjoy!!!“
