“Staying the weekend in the area and we went to this Duncan and let me say, AWESOME SERVICE! It’s been awhile (we hit a lot of different Duncan’s between here and Watertown ny) and this one got our order perfect!! Whole crew who worked 5/24/24 at 11am deserve a damn award!! If I lived here I would be here daily.“

“Stopped with my sister in law for coffee before a trip to Rochester. My nephew was in the back yelling because he thought it was an ice cream place…. They were so sweet and gave him a little cup of whipped cream and sprinkles as an ice cream substitute. This was the best customer service ever ❤️“

“Took a nice stroll through the Outlet Mall and stumbled upon a unique cafe that had a Bodega environment and an amazing experience! I wanted a smoothie, got a nice banana pineapple blend and an iced coconut mocha. Really great time chatting with Sam and he def made a new customer“

“I arrived at the Exxon Mobil station on September 3rd at 2:57 pm and filled up my car, then went into Dunkin Donuts around 3:05-3:30 pm and placed an order. Then to your right there was a woman selling various products and I bought honey from her. Then I came back to you and picked up my order. Unfortunately, I lost my green card. Have you ever found any green cards?“

“Pretty good selection of food, snacks, drinks, and alcohol. The prices are a little steep but I guess they are on-par with other convenience stores. I like their loyalty program, I earn points and free stuff by scanning my Loyalty card when making a purchase there. You can check your points and redeem them in the Speedway app.

The gas pumps were recently upgraded and since then they are SO SLOW. It takes like 5 minutes to pump $20 worth of gas and i hate stopping here when it's cold to get gas because it takes so long. I hope they fix this soon the last time I was there i heard other customers complaining about this as well.“

“I had a great experience at this Dunkin’. An employee named Faith assisted me and she had great customer service skills. She took my order and even asked how many pumps of syrup I wanted in my coffee (most Dunkin’s don’t take the time to ask me this). I got my coffee quickly and it tasted perfect.“

“I have to say that I had probably the best McDonald's experience in a long time this morning. My wife and myself went to breakfast and even though it was busy and the cashier was new MY ORDER WAS TAKEN AND COMPLETED TIMELY AND CORRECT!!!!! Shouldn't have to get excited but in today's world it was (explicit) awesome. The place wasn't chaotic, everyone was polite, the food was even made presentable and the place was very clean. Not one to give reviews but kudos and nice job to the entire crew that was on this morning 9/29/24 at around 9:30am.“
