“I haven’t visited this particular Chipotle in quite sometime. Given the lack of taste in the food, the portions and most importantly the attitude of the staff. My experience on 9/1/25 was surprisingly different. Essence greeted me with a warm smile. My request to sample the sofritas (bc normally it’s disgusting) and extra rice wasn’t meant with an attitude. The quality of the food was also a plus TODAY. The stars given in this review is based solely on the service I received from Essence tonight.“

“Great service an uber eats order was missing items and uber eats was somewhat helpful only issuing a partial refund however I was able to reorder the item and management was able to ensure the other incorrect items were fixed/sent. 10/10 accountability and service“

“Had the pleasure of eating at the Greenport location. Two of my HS girlfriends and myself on moderately busy on Sunday (1012/24) at about 5:30. A young waiter named Brian was our server. We first ordered drinks, mine was the margarita with the pomegranate swirl. So delicious!! Refreshing and frosty! We shared the Mexican Street corn and the three dips with chips, which were freshly made. So fabulous! So tasty. The salsa, guacamole and queso were just perfect, each different but delicious!! The corn was sweet and flavorful. I had three tacos in hard shells. Fried chicken, fried shrimp and the marinated steak. Each one was different and very fresh. My one friend, is a vegetarian and the other is gluten intolerant BUT! They each found many yummy choices! I’ve been trying to get to this restaurant for several years, and finally the planets aligned! Brian was well trained, patient and informative with a good humor. The interior is bright, festive and clean. So much food, I could not finish all of it. And!! the restroom was clean! You should be very proud of this business! We will be back! Thank you!!“

“Tried their food for the first time and it was delicious. My kids and I will definitely be going back.
The only thing is that I wish they’d tell you when you call in an order that its cash only. Because I went there and I didn’t have cash only my card. However, they were generous and helped me out since it was my first time there.“

“Delicious Mexican food at a great price, from a local fixture!
Everything fresh and fast. Stopped in to pick up a couple burritos and the chicken grill salad. Batch of fresh chips and house salsa, excellent.
Steak burrito was more than enough for one, and packed with flavor.
Will definitely return soon, highly recommend!“

“Call in an order for pick up of Bistec Encebollado Combo. It was ready in about 10 minutes. It was 2 pieces steak, sautéed onions, side salad, guacamole and tortillas served with rice and beans. It was well portioned priced and tasted absolutely delicious. Great customer service, Spot on! My new go to!“
