From the moment we walked through the door, the staff greeted us with joy and genuine warmth. Vickie, our waitress, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food? Phenomenal! By far, one of the best diners around. Even if the cook happens to be a Cowboys fan, we can forgive that because everything was spot-on. “Nov 2025 - We like cool casual places with good food. Went to the Amber Inn for Prime Rib night - a party of 6 friends . Food was delicious ! Meat was moist and tasty, the baked potato just liked my mother used to make. Two friends had burgers cooked to order and just right. Fries were excellent!. Leave room for home made apple crisp, YUMMY ! Prices very affordable. We will be back !! Linda D.“

“This pub has been here serving the locals for what seems like forever. It has been there at least since the early 70s. If dad wasn't home, you knew where he was.Other then the VT and the village cafe, this was the place for dinner on Friday nights.“

“We had our informal wedding reception at Prison City North Street location in the barrel room. We dropped off our decor the day prior and they set everything up perfectly. We chose the taco bar for dinner and late night pretzels as our food options and everything was delicious. They set up a smaller bar for us in the brew space which worked out great. Amy the event coordinator was great to work with. We would recommend Prison City North Street location for any event!“

“I had the pleasure of dining at Pavlos’ last week for my birthday. I was treated to breakfast by a coworker. The meal was second to none. I really enjoy the way In which my food was cooked, presented, and consistently checked on by my server. I’d recommend paying a visit to Pavlos’ to anyone who enjoys a good meal at a decent price. “Walmart is one of those places to hate to love lol. They have it all in one store. I sometimes rather go to the self checkout because some cashiers don't know how to fix simple things like a price change or they just ignore you when you bring it up to them so you have to go to customer service afterwards. Or some of them are just rude or slow as molasses.“

“I had the pickle horsey burger and my wife had a bacon cheeseburger. Both were delicious, and service was prompt and friendly. We had been warned it would be super busy on a Friday night with the bar, but the dining room seemed just fine. Very unique and interesting menu, I would definitely go back again!“

“My family and I were in the Finger Lakes area for vacation, and we cane here for dinner. They seated use pretty quickly, and they only had a bartender or two, so they had to run back and forth. I got their Philly Cheesesteak and their blueberry bbq wings. The wings surprisingly had a kick of spice and tasted good. The Philly was good as well. They were a little pricey, but it was enjoyable. The inside was unique, with random items all around the bar. I'd go back if I'm back in the area“
