“Just had lunch at Copper Barn. Had the avocado soup....soooo good!! My husband and I both had a turkey BLT on a panini. Took half of mine home so I could have a piece of their sour cream coffee cake (the best!). With all that said, the icing on the cake was the server, Shanelle. She was informative, personable and sweet with a great sense of humor!!! Thank you Shanelle and Copper Barn for a great lunch!!😊😊“

The food and smoothies are always on point and they’ve recently expanded their menu 🤤 They offer specially curated items for sale. They are all so unique, it’s hard to resist picking some thing up every time I go in there! Highly recommend 10/10“

“Best coffee. The baristas are great, recognize my kids and know exactly what the order will be. They are kind, efficient and clean. Great location to grab a cuppa for me after the kids browse the library, and every cup gets a stamp on their frequency card so every 10th cup is free. so much better than moldy coffee from franchised spots.“

“My first time here… And it was absolutely adorable. What a gold mine having little mini donuts come out of the fryer right in front of your eyes. Add any topping you want in a bag shake it up hot and delicious. I picked up a birthday bouquet of mini donuts and couldn’t resist so I got a box of six classic for myself n the family. I will definitely be back.“

“Ordered for pick up & when I got there, 2 customers were waiting at the p/u area and 2 were waiting to order. So not crazy busy for a Sunday morning at 10:30. Customers ordering at the register were waited on promptly. The other couple and I were not even acknowledged. Other to go orders were packed up and while there were 3 people we could tell were working up front only 1 stayed up front to pack another order- while the 3 of us were still standing there waiting for our orders which were sitting on the back counter, ready. Not on the pick up counter. It took me speaking up to even be noticed. Surely enough that was my order that had been sitting there the whole time. And finally the other couple got theirs as well. Please acknowledged when someone is standing there, on either side. Kindly tell the other person you'll be with them shortly. Then everyone feels seen and their food doesn't get cold while hanging out unable to be picked up.

Also, unless you're across the street and able to see the awning, it's not really easy to see your shop. No signage on the front door if coming from New Middletown direction on the same side of the street.“

“Amazing pastry quality. They say a bad crust can ruin even the tastiest pie fillings, but Shannon’s crust does the inverse. You could put mud inside that pastry and I’d still eat it. That goes for all variations — the short crust, puff pastry, and crumb. Excellent pies all around.“
