“I went there at one in the morning the night my daughter was born. It was Sunday night so it wasn't too crowded but given the hour it's understandable. I drank a beer and and went home. the people were nice the beer was cold and that night was 26 years ago and they are still there, open for business and standing tall. Over 26 years of being in a tough business, they must be doing something right.“
“We were on the highway. We knew we were not going to make it back in time for the start of the game so we hopped off the LIE and watched the game in this fab classic bar! Everyone knew each other. The banter was right out of a sit com. We watched the European Cup final game: Italy vs. England. Everyone was on the same team at the end. Great experience. The bartender was the best!“
“Haven’t been out for years & a real friend (twisted my arm) convinced me to take a break from all the thoughts racing through my mind 24/7 including my dreams. So we went out to Frogzz Saloon & I’m so grateful he pushed the buttons to get me out because I didn’t even know how badly I needed to get out & end up in the right place which had such positive energy & made my year.*IF YOUR FROM OUT OF TOWN don’t bother driving around if you just wanna be around other people. Don’t bother looking anywhere else because it’s packed out after 2am -4am at least on Friday night DJ & Bartender with a following. Playing pool was one thing I didn’t get to do but they have a pool table.Bartender was on point with making sure drinks were filled & kept the entire bar-top clean. Cassie always had ice water for most people which is very important for keeping hydrated & had a grasp on the condition of the patrons & was clearly in control of the late night crowd like a champ!Great spot good people!“
“Very calm and chill place to unwind and get to know new people the owner is never there but is a very kind when she does appear in at times but don't take her kindness for weakness or you will be very mistaken on the amount of respect that she has for people as long as they show her respect. It is a very safe spot good environment and professional Security team to keep the safety and security for a place for all to come. I would recommend this to anyone that I meet it has pool,darts, music,and the most respectful bartenders I've met compared to other places that have never had complaints I am a security guard by trade I've been to a lot of different places met a lot of different employees and bartenders and this place hasbartenders better than the rest On long Island.“
“Best burgers on Long Island. Just one critique of the burger, I've been going there since the 80's, must have ordered the hamburger 100 times, had to send it back 90 times (including take out), but for some strange reason, no matter how many times you tell them no cheese, they ALWAYS put cheese on it. Haden't been there in years until this week, I told the bartender no cheese, had to send it back because the cook put cheese on it. I'm assuming the cook is on auto pilot.“
