“Store is spotless. Employees are polite. Language can be a bit of a challenge until you know what the sandwich options are, but I have to say it's worth the effort. Been to this location 4 times in the last few weeks and every time the food was tasty and fresh. The Italian BMT is very nearly as great as the Sidewinder made by Johnny's Subside (gone but not forgotten) in Smithtown. Definitely recommend it.“

I stopped by Blimpie at Hauppauge recently and had a fantastic experience — not just because of the delicious sub, but because of the amazing service!
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. They greeted me with a smile, were incredibly patient while I looked over the menu, and answered all my questions without rushing me. You could tell they really cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The sandwich artist took the time to carefully build my sub just the way I asked, and even offered suggestions to make it better — which it absolutely was! It’s rare to find fast food places where the employees seem genuinely happy to be there and go out of their way to provide great customer service, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. On top of that, the sub was fresh, packed with flavor, and made to perfection. I’ll definitely be returning — not just for the food, but because the great service made the visit that much better.“

“I've been trying to keep to strict social distancing due to my son's grandparents that he has interaction with due to his father being an "essential" worker. I am healthy and at minimal risk but my worry for others has kept me home for most of this. But, my poor son had a serious case of cabin fever and has been begging for Jersey Mike's so we ventured out. Thankfully your online ordering is painless and I was able to pay online which limited the contact ✔. When I got there, I left my teenage son in the car to limit his contact and I didn't think I'd need help running in and out, as the order was already ready. 👍I was greeted by the same friendly faces in this particular building (I'll drive extra to go to this shop because friendliness and courtesy are a very big deal to me). 😃 I had ordered drinks and on instinct I reached in the bag to grab them..with the gloves I had worn to go inside. I stood there for a half second in slight panic when I heard the gentleman behind the counter. He offered to replace the cups because he had seen my reaction. He insisted even though I tried to deny the offer because it was my own silly fault. I got my son's favorite root beer (one of the other reasons my son loves Jersey Mike's lol) and practically sped all the way home. While this all seems trivial on a normal day...the kindness and awareness that gentleman showed helped me through my anxiety through the situation. Normal is no longer "normal" and his job is stressful I'm sure...But he still paid attention to his guests, he quickly addressed an issue before I could even register it was one fully, and he made my day. I couldn't give him a hug, and nobody wants to see a random lady crying in the middle of a sandwich shop...but I wanted to make sure the store got the recognition it deserved. Thank you for making my stress a little less stressful and for being a place I can trust in the midst of this insanity.“

“This was my first time to this Subway. I've been to bad ones before where I've gotten sick so I stopped eating it for awhile but I had a random craving for Subway today. I came in around 11:30 am. There was one man ahead of me. The clerk finished with him much faster than I expected. I noticed the store was very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. I happened for some reason to look at their prepping boards and they were pure white which actually calmed my fear about getting sick. I ordered a philly cheesesteak with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, pickles, black olives and jalapeno (like I said random craving) He made a joke when he rung up my order and said $125.40 instead of $12.54 I laughed and asked him his name. He told me his name is Rocky. He printed my receipt and said if I do the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie. I went on the website right then and there and answered the questions. Rocky even helped me and I got a free cookie. Rocky had great customer service. He made me feel welcomed. Oh and the sanidwich? was awesome! Perfect amount of toppings to complement the steak. I recommend it. Thanks Rocky! Would definitely come back.“

“We went here on 4th of July because many of the other stores and restaurants in the area were closed. We were looking for something to take out and bring on a boat and Jersey Mike's subs definitely hit the spot! I was surprised to read some negative reviews because the workers there that day were extremely friendly & helpful. We got the #9 giant hero and a bag of chips (no onions/pickles), all the toppings including hot peppers ? and we had it on the rosemary parm bread . The sub was fresh and was delicious, much better than we expected. The perfect takeout food for beach, picnic or boat. This fed two adults for both lunch and dinner. For about $20. Definitely recommend!“

The employee is really sweet and kind I was not expecting a gas station Subway to taste this good but this Subway tastes so good. Like a luxury. “Visited the Bohemia location for the first time. I pulled up and panicked that they were closed. Relieved to find that it was open and was greeted by an amazing associate that I came to title “Mr Jersey Mike “ as he was a rockstar! He looked like a very young Michael J Fox ! As I said it was my first time and I was accompanied by 2 disabled gentleman that I was treating for dinner. It was Saturday early evening June 1st and I’m hoping you can check your payroll records and give recognition to this incredible helpful knowledgeable and polite dude ! He knew his stuff and made recommendations that were fabulous! The staff working with him were a great team and I left a good tip. Please acknowledge these young men. Their work ethic and professionalism with disabled adults is really worthy of notating! The world hasn’t really had a great work ethic since Covid and these dudes are changing that ! “The Texas Melt is BANGING!!I moved to South Shore from Huntington & could never find this type of sandwich which I liked in a very particular way from a place I got in Huntington and I finally found it at Grace Deli.I usually get through food app & it always comes fast & hot.They don’t skimp on the meat & it’s just a delicious sandwich.They also have great bagels,egg sandwiches & menu with very fair prices.Highly recommend this deli!“

“I have been going to this Subway since the day they opened in 2003 when Alper first acquired the business. The food is good, it’s always fresh and the staff is friendly. One thing I look for in any business is how well the owner(s) treat their employees. Al treats his staff well.

“I've decided to ditch the Subway app. I don't find this app to be of any great convenience and it's too time consuming to get them to work properly. I'm hoping I can get a gift card that I can use for points purposes. Besides the app, I think Jersey Mike's is stiff competition for Subway as far as portion size goes and the amount of meat/cheese on sandwiches. There are some Subways that will not accept coupons like the one in Central Islip on Carleton Ave. I walk out and won't patronize that location. Otherwise, the Subway experience is good.“

“This is my go to subway. There is no other I will go to. Not only is it close to my job but the 2 employees there are the best I've ever encountered. Nick and Valerie are by far the best sandwich artist I have ever seen at a subway. I just left the subway on Main Street in bay shore because they were so rude and disgusting but here??!! I come here all the time and they never let me down.
