After enjoying a couple of delicious slices of Nonna's Pizza. we took home a menu, knowing that we would be back in the near future to sample more items from Sal's. If you find yourself anywhere near Somers, NY, definitely stop by Sal's Pizza and Pasta. You will not be disappointed.“

“Just left a crazy Thursday night at IL Forno. What a fun and enjoyable evening we had. We walked in with no reservations and the manager snuck us right in and we even got to the listen to an amazing singer. We have been here a few times, this was by far the most fun we had. Everyone was laughing. The staff which seems to be plenty was having a good time. The manager and Owners kept walking around and making sure all was good and everyone was happy. Thank you for restoring our fun Thursday evening with no COVID fears.“

“Catering is fantastic! All our guests were raving about the chicken Marsala, veal sorrentino, stuffed shells and penne alla vodka. Delivery is prompt and courteous. We also used them for Super Bowl, wings and wedges were outstanding! Froggys is our go-to. 🐸❤️🙌🏻“

“10/5 stars if I could! Cause even though I’m in the city every week, I save my pizza cravings for this spot! This particular Amore location makes the greatest Nonna and Margherita pizza ever. My parents and husband cannot get enough either. Amore is a weekly thing. Get the personal or large pan of either pie, made fresh, and their Caesar salad or spinach and garlic, and a seat outside on a nice night. Their pizza drips with this golden olive oil, a little salt, fresh tomatoes, and divine cheese. I cannot get enough and come here weekly! The best! And we adore the people who work here, too.

“We grew up in NY. We moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We have never found pizza that we could eat here and enjoy. (I've had pizza at Frank Pepe's in CT- I'm spoiled.) We were visiting family in Mount Kisco and stopped in for a pie to take back home with us. Best decision EVER! Wood fired- crunchy crust that held up to our toppings- sausage and mushrooms. Pizza was tangy, good cheese cover, and the crust just snapped when eaten. You made us very happy and we will come back again when we are in the area. I only wish that I could transport a clone to our area. Thanks for the fine food and the memories. #5!!“

“The best Sicilian in Putnam County. Crunchy bottom, soft and tasty inside. My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.“

“loved the Pistachio cake from Luigi’s in Carmel so much that I ordered one for my mother’s 96th birthday. I was in Florida and couldn’t partake but my sister picked it up in Carmel and my mom, sister and family were able to enjoy it. There were 7 people at dinner and due to the size and height of the cake, you can see they barely made a dent (however it was completely gone within 2 days). Everyone was absolutely crazy about it and everyone sent me pictures and called to thank me. It’s a shame to even call it a cake because you naturally think of something you buy in a bakery. This is a whole different world. This cake is exquisite. The flavor is outstanding, it is extremely moist, it has a ton of filling and frosting but not that sickeningly sweet kind – this is all top notch ingredients and completely unique. I felt awful because I know I didn’t give Luigi’s much notice and I know his wife worked 14 hours the previous day baking. But I didn’t feel so guilty that it stopped me from ordering it and they were so gracious about helping me. As you can see in the pictures, the attention to detail, the edible flowers, the beauty of the cake made it a birthday present in and of itself. I just cannot thank Luigi and his awesome wife enough for helping to make my mom’s 96th birthday special.“

“I can not say enough good things about Mike and Joe's! The staff is friendly and efficient, they learn their customers and always greet you warmly! They are quick, often delivering faster than expected and the food is always great! If something is wrong they are happy and quick about making it right and they treat their customers so well and generously! I order delivery often and recently ordered catering last minute! Not only were they on time , the food was DELICIOUS, and they gave a sweet something extra! Mike and Joe's always goes the extra mile they are my favourite pizza place now and always! “The service was great. The waitress was attentive and made sure I was okay along with the bus boy. The food was really good (I had the pescatore in marinara). I ended it with dessert. I ate outside and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was very peaceful. Definitely recommend!“
