“Bright and early in the morning Nyla was a ray of sunshine on this gloomy day. She took her time explaining the menu options. Walked us thru the process. Put so much love into our donuts and treated us like long time friends. Felt like hanging out in your best friend’s kitchen instead of picking up donuts at a shop. I will definitely be back!!“

“Ordered a maple donut. I like the consistency, is not doughy. Enough crisp on the outer part and chewy on the inside. The maple scent is just right gives a compliment to the doughnut, not too sweet and enough glance on top. The atmosphere is great to sit have a coffee and work remotely. Staffs are friendly and give good recommendations based on your taste. Highly recommend to visit!!!“

“This is the mascarpone donut with jerky on top. It was pretty good but unfortunately the only one they had left at night. I’m told they sell out of donuts very quick and if you’re not first you left with what’s last. This place is the store front of Ra Ra Rhino the small speakeasy behind the donut spot. Another regrettable thing is often there is no one there at night to sell you donuts you will have to go into the speakeasy find the bar tender and coerce them to come up front and sell you a donut. It’s fair to say the service isn’t great late a night but the donuts are pretty good.“

“I go to New York City once year: My co-workers and I take a group of theater students, we see 8 broadways shows, I get a *carrot cake donut* at the Doughnut Plant in Grand Central Station, and I’m a happy girl for one more year. I always have a good experience! I get my favorite, and then something new. Everything I’ve ever tried there has been phenomenal. (This time is was a coffee cake doughnut - it was inspired! SO good!) If Doughnut Plant moved its location to the moon, I’d probably just start taking my theater students there instead, just so I could get my yearly taste test at Doughnut Plant.“

Would have been better if they had all the flavors they typically offer and you can tell that some of the ones they had left had been sitting there for a while. When they come out fresh, they taste great and the flavors they have like Oreo, Uber, Cappuccino, Strawberry, and Matcha are typically good.“

“Best Dunkin location in Brooklyn by far. My wife and I live in NJ now and the Dunkin in Brooklyn is by far better. In overall quality of coffee and food. The coffee is definitely made right here. My parents and wife go out of their way to go to this Dunkin. The Baskin Robbin’s is so convenient when we want ice cream too. The owner Danny is very nice as well. My dad had a problem one day and he gave my dad his personal number. Inside is usually well kept. The drink refrigerator is always stocked. The pre-packed ice cream is always stocked. The Doughnuts are good as well. They have messed up my orders before when one particular employee is working. Otherwise no complaint.“

“I visit this Dunkin multiple times a week, I've been coming to this location since I moved to Spanish Harlem. It's honestly the best location I've been to! The quality is constant, the staff are super friendly and it's the cleanest I've seen! Shout-out to Tully in the morning, she always knows the donuts my son likes and makes sure to greet him just like all the adult customers!“

“Wow, I was surprised but it was pleasant inside Dunkin. Considering that it is located in Brownsville and believe it or not, Brownsville Brooklyn is coming up. Well Mother Gaston still is not my recommendation for anyone who wants to just go hangout or go for a stroll, there are still many drug dealers there. I live in the neighborhood so I feel I can go anywhere. All in all it felt as if I was somewhere else.“

Meanwhile the line is getting very long and they're only keeping one register open.Definitely don't go to this place if you see the line is longer than two people because for some reason they don't know how to operate two registers at the same time“
