“Staff is always super friendly & food is always delicious! My only issue is that all Chili's have changed their Chili recipe & it tastes like crap now! It used to be my favorite item to order on the menu. Apparently, they no longer make it fresh in house & it's now shipped frozen to them...I was told this by an employee & not sure if it's true or not but if you're going to name your restaurant Chili's, you should atleast have good tasting chili.“

“Went on a busy Saturday night, it was very hectic in there, but not like in an NYC type of way. Everything was honestly organized, and people were getting their food and drinks in a timely manner. Wasn’t a fan of the “Figgy Smalls”, tasted like medicine, but the Dark Cherry Bourbon Sour was amazing. The Grouper was amazing sitting on top of the risotto, perfect for a fall evening. We will definitely be coming back!“

This section is changed weekly so you know you’ll get some unique selection. Justin was an our waiter and he recommended an amazing dessert Macedonian Cookie make sure you save room for this!“

Trio deserves 10 ⭐'s for both.This restaurant handles two types of food service, restaurant seating and catering for small to large parties. I've now experienced both. My most recent was a repast after a funeral. When everyone is emotional, the last thing the family needs is problems with the food service. Well, in our case, more people showed up than were originally expected. The staff at Trio didn't miss a beat. They set up additional tables in a flash and quickly had the tables set. We had buffet style dining and the selection was outstanding, with something for everyone. From soup to nuts, everything was delicious. They had fish, beef, vegetarian selections and even offered coffee and dessert. (by the way, if I had known how good the desserts would've been, I might have eaten a little less dinner.)The service is impeccable, everything is clean and fresh, the linens and tablecloths were spotless.I'd like to add that Trio is on the grounds of the Holbrook Country Club. You can grab lunch and drinks after you play, just show up and they accommodate parties of all sizes. You won't be disappointed!“

“Stopped in to kill time while my phone was being repaired. I had the steak sandwich that was unbelievably delicious, couple bloody Mary’s which were incredible.
The staff greeted you with smiles and were very friendly.
And from 10am-5pm is happy hour so certain drinks are two for one which you cannot beat.

“We just had our daughter’s Sweet 16 party at Butterfields, and it could not have been better! All our guests loved the delicious food and the lovely decor. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. Highly recommend!“

“It's just an event space. Perfect for meetings and medium sized events. There was food served but it was catered by someone other then owners.

Parking: Location was difficult to find parking and the way the parking lot is very difficult to maneuver“

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Tap Room (Patchogue) (specifically the Patchogue location). We were invited to a family party, buffet-style. I reached out to the restaurant via email, because I wanted to make sure they could accommodate my daughters food allergies -- eggs, soy, sunflower seeds, tree nuts and peanuts, or I would plan ahead and pack snacks she could safely eat instead. The Culinary Director, Joseph Walsh, called me the next day. He spoke to me for awhile, went over her food allergies, made some suggestions, and assured me that he would come up with something she could safely eat. The morning of the party, he sent me an email to confirm we were coming and his suggestions for a safe meal (rice and beans sauteed with bell peppers, chicken cutlet w/ no egg, and a mixed fruit salad). I emailed him back that just rice and beans and the fruit salad would be fine, because she doesn't eat chicken. He emailed me back, concerned that rice and beans and a fruit salad wouldn't be enough, but I assured him it would be fine because she's only 7 and has anxiety over trying new foods at restaurants (understandably), so sticking with rice and beans and fruit salad, which she's comfortable with, would be perfect. At the event, Joseph told my relative that he wanted to talk to us, and when we arrived, he came to introduce himself, told me that he was making sure everything was prepared separately and would be ready for her shortly. Absolutely fantastic service. We truly, truly appreciated all his care and effort, because that's sadly not the norm most of the time when we try to eat out. “ordered through slice and no where did it mention that I was ordering personal Pizzas. Ordered 2 pies thinking it would be enough for the whole family. Ended up having to order another pie from else where. Checked their website and it doesn't say anything about the size of the pizza either. pizza was good but I feel robbed“

“We've had great experiences at Nu. It's a quiet spot, usually, and the food is really great. We always get filet mignon or their pork chop, which is fabulous. Their wine list is great, and the service is always top notch. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to service. I like to have great service but also be left alone, which is exactly what they do. “First time going. There was four of us. We all agree the drinks and service were excellent. All of the sandwiches were okay. They all could have used more cheese. They were only able to cook medium and more so those of us who prefer rare meat are out of luck. Two for one price on the drinks was great. We tried the Skrewball milkshake for dessert not realizing it was $13. A bit pricy. Overall it was a good experience. It was unusual that we were the only customers there on a Friday night from 5:30 to after 7. There were a couple of takeouts.“
