“This place is amazing! The food was delicious. I had the chicken souvlaki wrap, ate 1/2 for my lunch and the second 1/2 for dinner. The next day I wished I had saved the second half. My friend had a burger and it was huge. She really enjoyed it. Also, the fries were fine perfectly. Crispy and served hot.
I've already recommended The Iron Kettle to anyone I talk to.

“We stopped here at random after a long day out of Canada. Kid's were crazy, tired and hungry. The server was patient and welcoming even with the wild animals at the table. The food was so good! We had a tuna melt, kid's breakfast slider and they made a breakfast sandwich with pancakes as the bun for my daughter!! We also shared the loaded fries. Everything was just what we needed to fuel us for the rest of our journey! Thanks all for having us!“

“Have been going there since they opened. Never had a bad meal. They have the best souvlaki’s in town.

Parking: They have a banquet hall, so they have a massive parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: They have child portion ordering.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking lot right outside the front door.“

“Maybe we were overhyped. Everything I heard and read said this place was legendary. But the menu was limited: beef on Weck and buffalo wings... or if you want a pizza, you can get the same options but on a crust with cheese. Otherwise, fairly standard sports bar apps.
The inside seemed too dark for a lunch, and the 'outside' area with lots of snow was crowded. Service was polite, but slow for such a small menu. We're told the place always gets a wait by noon and yet it takes 25 minutes to get your food even with so few options for entrees seems uncalculated and unnecessarily slow.
Food was good, but I'd say I've had equal quality wings and sauce at a bit fairer price. And the beef on weck seemed on par with Charlie the butcher, but comes with a handful of chips, not fries, at $15 for just the sandwich? I couldn't go 5 stars. Cost of business, I suppose

“I had the best burger of my LIFE at 189, thanks to Jay! The bourbon onion burger he crafted for me was truly a masterpiece. Even the fries were memorable: crisp and tasty. Their servers are extremely professional and courteous without being stiff--a rare combination indeed.
I'm not a whiskey drinker, but their beer selection is very adequate. This is the place to eat in East Aurora.“

“My boyfriend & I came here for dinner while on an overnight in East Aurora. Outstanding food and service! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and even changed the channel for us on the TV closest to us. The Kobe beef burger was phenomenal! Highly recommend. The service was more welcoming than other restaurants we went to in the area.“

“My wife and I went tonight to have a nice dinner. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. My wife had the two way French onion soup. Both were excellent, we even got an extra to take home to my son and he loved it as well. I had never had a roasted salad before and am definitely glad I tried it. The roasting adds a nice twist to it. Both of our entrees were also extremely well made and delicious. We also very much enjoyed the atmosphere. Overall a really great dining experience. We even had a slight mishap that was very flukey. The owner handled it immediately and went above and beyond in doing so. If you’re looking for a nice sit down restaurant, we would highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.“

“Don't be deceived by the outside of this gem. It looks a little dark and dingy. Walk inside to the high ceilings and a bright warm atmosphere. This place is dripping with nastalgia. Tons of old photos, pinball, bowling lanes, air hockey, pop-a-shot and a nice selection of brews. Fantastic neighborhood bar with perks!“
