“Special and unique combinations of flavors. The tempura squash comes with a paprika dusting which really elevates the dish. The tempura was also perfectly crisp. The fish was all very fresh and the catch of the day dish comes in a really tasty and zesty broth which complements the fish very well. The restaurant seems to combine local fresh ingredients very well. Although the tuna in the tartare was very fresh and good, there was slightly too much soy sauce in the broth which made it just a bit too sweet. The duck tot is a nice idea but the caviar wasn't the beat quality. The bread should have been warmed more, the center was always cold. And the service was incredibly slow - 2 hour meal. Coziest and most elegant restaurant in the area“

“As a starter, we opted for the Chicken and Lemongrass dumplings, and let me tell you, they were absolutely divine! They're delicately steamed and served in a zesty ginger glaze, accompanied by a Thai dipping sauce. They're so delicious, you don't even need the dip! The marinated filet mignon steak tips also never fail to impress – they're consistently tender and bursting with flavor, making them a must-have every time we dine here. As for the main course, we invariably choose the baby back ribs. Good ribs are hard to come by in New York, but this spot has by far the best ones on the North Fork! The prices are reasonable, the cocktails consistently deliver on flavor, and the service is consistently excellent... all in all, just exceptional across the board.“

“I've been here a bunch of times, and it's always been great. I usually give visitors to LI a tour of the North Fork, and this is one of the stops.I had the lamb burger on my most recent visit, and it was cooked very well - still juicy! There was a great daily special of burger and beer for fair price. The service is always friendly and attentive.“

“Went there yesterday with four. Hands down to the chef. The clams were awesome. Excellent broth with sausage and jalapeño. Forget about the chicken eggplant and pot roast. A must go. I would eat there every night.“

“SOOOO GOOOOD!! ~ such a FUN EXPERIENCE ??? trying the most AMAZZZZING FOODS~ you won’t find your typical run of the mill items on this tasting menu! Each dish is curated with the most unique ingredient pairings~ things you would never think to put together but are SOOOO GOOD!! Plus top it off with some wine OR you can bring your own for a corkage fee! DEF RECOMMEND!! PS~ our menu started out with baked sourdough bread~ of course even though I prefer an Atkins lifestyle ?, it looked soooo good I had to eat it~ but don’t get toooo full to fast! Meaning don’t get full on the bread because the next dishes to come are more than enough to get full so pace yourself~ ????~ XO!! ???“

My wife had been there before, but it was my first trip.Great bar, enough sports to make me dizzy, some of the very best chicken wings and flashpanned calamari I’ve tasted on Long Island, but what really made our time memorable was our bartender Todd.Warm, welcoming, and generous in his hospitality. “I think the best reason to eat at Claudio‘s is that it's been Claudio's since 1860! It's a beautiful ambience, water view, the best location one could have in a charming town. The food was good, not outstanding, but certainly good. It wasn't pricey, about middle of the road price-wise. All in all a lovely Christmas Eve experience with my family!“
