“Honestly a great little place kinda in the middle of nowhere. The food was standard fare for a diner, but the Reuben sandwich was absolutely delicious.The staff was all friendly and fast... But this sandwich was killer. If you're in Speculator, stop in and grab a Reuben for sure.“

“We have been meeting friends at the Acorn Pub for years and are so thankful for the friendliness and service we always find there. We had burgers and salads there last night and the temperature in the pub was incredibly cold. Everyone at the bar had on their outdoor coats and hats and the diners at most of the tables as well. We have never encountered this before and hope it was a one night problem. We love skiing at Oak Mountain and are so thankful you are in our community!“

Sometimes they get busy in the height of summer, so it's best to make sure they have space available just to be sure. I've heard they have great pizza as well, but haven't tried that myself.
