“OMG! Good. Friendly wait staff. Seemed to be a local favorite. They KNEW everyone. The food was SO good. We got the Southern and are still talking about how goos it was. Homey, and lots of comfortable spaces to sit and to gather. We expect to be back, again and again.“

“I’ve been here several times. I’ve never been disappointed. The food and drinks are always good. The staff have always been friendly and very helpful. Cozy atmosphere with kinda of a NYC vibe, which I love. I’ve eaten both inside and out. Highly recommend“

“The food and coffee were ok but the (Humpty dumpy eggs were rubbery).The atmosphere definitely invites a very relaxing home-like feel with a fireplace and couches to lounge on.You feel as if you can just kick off your shoes, put your (very clean, no shoes) feet up on the couch and relax while the kids play, you drink your coffee and visit with friends.So at first it was actually kinda nice, "so I thought"Unfortunately, the one lady went around annoyingly sweeping and telling people they close at 3 and that I was not to make myself too comfortable and to let her know when I was done with the pillow I was using, so that she could spray it with Lysol ?.....Then, after all our guests were abruptly asked to leave (cause they were closing early), she made sure to literally drown the couches in a fog of Lysol, not even waiting until we were all outside, so that we didn't have to breathe in the toxic fumes (to apparently get rid of any cooties) haha.It literally made me and the kids gag and choke ugh!! ?Honestly, if the couches were even remotely clean, I may have seen her point, but they were utterly filthy! And I'm the one who now feels the need to take a shower after having sat on those dirty couches ?Btw, the couches have couch covers on them and so they can easily be taken off and cleaned in a washing machine "if they were that concerned about germs", but they look as if they haven't been cleaned in years!!Ps, I moved back here from Tennessee just a few months ago and I can definitely feel the difference in the way people act and treat other's.There is a sorta negative attitude here and though I noticed it a bit before I moved, I noticed it more than ever, now that I'm back from living down south..."Deff not in Kansas anymore" ?“

“Great breakfast, nice coffee selection, baked goods,reasonable prices. Haven't tried lunch yet! As for service complaints in some other reviews, this is a coffee shop, folks! You shouldn't go to a coffee shop expecting the experience of a full service restaurant. And as for seating, there are three separate rooms and one of them is huge and spacious, and supplied with plenty of condiments and tableware.“

“ORIENS!My children scream at the mention of this name! They are sold on their chocolate Oreo gelato. Not to mention they make great chili, perfect, warm and comforting on a cold Rochester afternoon.You can dine in here as well, and the service is always friendly and accommodating.“

“Always drove by this place as we live just off Buffalo road but never stopped. Two weeks ago my wife gave birth to our first child and our doctor is also off Buffalo road. On the way home from appointments we wanted something new so stopped. Today was our third time stopping after appointments.Wish we would have stopped sooner as its everything that I would want in a small local coffee shop. Great atmosphere, amazing service and good food. Every time we have a stopped a young man has made our drinks and knocked it out of the park every time.Today got the Bayou Bomber and the Mint Chocolate Frappe (I asked for this from one of the reviews on here), wife got bacon breakfast sandwich with fruit refresher. Highly recommend the hot chocolate, the Bayou Bomber and Mint Chocolate Frappe. Drive by Dunkin & Tim Horton's and stop here if you want some good food and drinks that will give you a pick up but no Jitters lol.“

“My friends threw me a small baby sprinkle at Red Bird. I had told them I wanted a “tea party theme” and this place was beyond perfect for that! Everything was set up so beautifully! Even the food was presented so nicely!!The selection of tea was wonderful! We all got to pick our own tea cup from a large variety. The food was delicious!!!! Accommodations were made for me and a couple guests who are gluten free, which was so gracious! I can really tell that the owner just wanted us to have a good time, with how accommodating she was to our requests. They were so hospitable and provided outstanding service. I had the most AMAZING baby sprinkle here, and I will be back! My friends and I are already planning our next visit ?!“

“I have been going here for many years and from my experience, these are the best bagels in Rochester. I always pick up a dozen when I have guests from out of town. I just wish they would fix their web info. I can't tell exactly what their hours are. Some parts of the site claim they are open at 5:00 on some days. Others say they don't open until 7:00.Parking: Easy access. Part of a strip mall.“
