“I always stop at Jersey Mike’s when travelling to the US because they take gluten allergies very seriously and their GF bread is delicious! The customer service at this particular location was A+++ and you could tell the staff were having fun and engaged.

Dietary restrictions: There is a separate sanitized station for allergen free sandwich prep. They changed cloves and washed their hands before preparation. The GF buns taste great!“

“These are by far the best subs in Rochester, definitely worth paying a couple dollars more for! The service staff is always so friendly, you walk out blessed just from short conversations with them. Highly recommend getting your sub Mike’s way, and the spicy relish is incredible! Also, I’m excited to tell my wife they now have gluten-free bread too.“

“Great subs and other food. Consistently good. It is very difficult to figure out and navigate the online menu; each time they attempt to improve it, it gets worse. It used to be easy when they pictured each topping that you could click and pick. Recommended. We would order more often if online ordering/sub building were easier and more logical.

“When I walked in there were 2 guys working. They seemed like they were cleaning n conversing with eachother. But as soon as I got in line , their convo stopped and the one guy came Right to me. He was friendly and professional. He at least acted like he enjoyed serving me. Def one of the best customer service received at a subway. I hope he knows how much that is appreciated as not many people are very friendly anymore. So thank you for amazing service“

“Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.“

“We got coupons in the mail & started to go here. The lady that made our subs 12/2022 was very friendly & outgoing. The subs were excellent. We used to go to Wegmans for subs, but their prices got too high. With the coupons at Subway, it’s a better deal for us.“
