Health Food Restaurants near Springfield Gardens, NY

“Love this spot! Usually the cashews are Always fresh and on point. The ginger shots are amazing. They have a lot of products and raw herbs. The customer service is great. They're always willing to lend a helping hand. The women that work there seem to be very educated about health and the products that they sell. 💯“

“Love this place!! The employees are always so friendly and helpful! The food is EXCELLENT as always, and I'm obsessed with the Buffin muffins ($~6) and overnight oats ($~9), although the latter are a bit too pricey. My favs are the Welcome to the Sno buffin (which tastes like those viral pink squishy chocolate snowball pastries and are good even when frozen, also has a cream filling) and the Fitella overnight oats (very filling). Cash register has some excellent protein bar recommendations next to it, I always grab one. The meals are always good no matter what I get, and they are priced around $11-12. My favorite is the Soho Steakbowl, which comes with marinated steak strips and sweet potato fries, and is $12. I miss the Egg White Muffins, they need to bring them back!!! Same with the Tres Leches buffin!! Whenever I come here I grab 10 meals for a discount, and they last me a work week.“

“As a busy, single, full time working mom of 2 teenagers I can not say enough good things about Redefine Meals! My 17 year old twin boys love them and so do I!!! Please give them a try and you’ll understand why everyone is getting them!!! The meals are delicious, cost effective and clean…no more fast food for us!! Even the frozen pizza is worth your time!!!!“

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Service was incredible i walked in while the store had a good amount of people, i saw 2 employees and thought id never get my order. As i order this kind young man helps me decide what bowl i want (he was very generous btw), you can fully optimize yours for your liking. After i finished paying, it was mostly just me there waiting for my food so the young boy says theyll have it out in a couple minutes so a check my phone and then boom order in my face (mind you they were making a lot of orders). I forsure thought it was premade and left out or something but when i tried it it was soooo good the nutella was still gooey and warm while the base was still frozen and refreshing and all the fruits were so fresh! I wish i took a picture cus the presentation was everything but i couldnt help but eat it :( . Nonetheless, Service was amazing, the young boy was really sweet and had a nice white smile, the tall young boy made my bowl with love, and overall my experience was one of the best in all of my fast food experiences. They are such hard workers. PLAYABOWLS I WILL BE BACK!!“

“Kaylenne, I can't thank you enough for your kindness and generosity. It's rare to come across someone so compassionate and willing to help others without hesitation. Your kindness made a real difference, and I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you for your reminding me that there are still genuinely caring people in this world. I highly recommend you to anyone—you have a heart of gold.“

“Maddy took great care of my amazing partner and I. She made the salad exactly how he likes it and when I shared a morsel it tasted great! So fresh. I had ordered some food from another place right before so wasn’t hungry enough for my own but next time I’ll definitely be getting what he ordered lol.“

“Honestly a hidden gem in the neighborhood, we always order online but this time we came in person and it was beautiful and a great spot to do some work. They have wifi and plenty of seating. I had the spicy bowl with falafel so happy for vegetarian options recommended by Sofia, will definitely be back!“

“I love the açaí bowls! Nice clean place! Love the fact that everything is organic!“

“Seems like some good guys. Always friendly greetings. Some prices are hiked compared to other stores in the immediate area- found a drink can $2 cheaper down the block. Hot food is usually good. Price tags on all items would be a nice update.“

“Excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have the best selection of loose herbs and health foods. The food in their kitchen in the back always has fresh, delicious selections. They practically always have what I need, or a comparable alternative. Their prices are reasonable.“

“Great açaí bowls I add mango and almond butter“

“I came here to buy ginseng and snacks for my friends and family and the lady in the front was very nice and sincere with her recommendations!
I’ve been drinking and eating the pear extract and the sweet potato snacks for a few months now and they fill me up and I feel healthier than usual.
For the ginseng, my mom has been eating this for about two months now and she feels stronger and a lot healthier.
I recommend here for buying gifts for your friends and/or family as the prices are not too low but also not too expensive.
I would also come again… thank you so much, Sarah! “

“Zen Ginseng is a very good ginseng supplier, offering high quality at a lower price. My wife and I have been loyal customers of Zen/Yi Zhou for over 20 years, consistently impressed by their customer service, freshness, and potency. We use their ginseng a couple of times a week for our health, often give it as gifts, and have introduced many friends to Zen Ginseng. It’s a trusted supplier with both heritage and value.“

“Always is a great experience, food is delicious and everything so fresh, this time we came to a different location Garden City, and we find a friendly smiling very kindly lady who complement us with a delicious vegetarian chocolate chip cookies (I think she's the owner) who we saw before in New Hyde Park location, we recommend it 💯%“

“The owner was friendly and helpful with helping me find vegan d3. He even took 15% off for me, because he said it was a price comparison of some kind. I was confused but happy to be discounted. I also got 2 bags (full size) of beanfields chips for $4, which was a great deal. A nice assortment of vegan grocery items. Pumfu and Tofutti cuties stand out in addition to other vegan meats and treats. Worth checking out if you're in the area.“

“This salad vending machine is located in Queens Hospital (Emergency Room). It was a little less than $10 for a jar. Sort of reminds me of Trader Joe's pre-made salads.

A bit expensive but it was quick and did not require waiting on a line or interacting with cranky cashiers. Credit card only.“

“So happy that I am near them! I needed to drink fresh greens. They have an amazing menu that includes all variety of veggies to juice plus smoothies! I bought the Detox and I’m going to drink another! I’m diabetic and lately the glucose spikes have been running me ragged. But this juice blend gave me back my life! I swear! If you feel terrible, go green.“
